FranceRooms are beginning to get a little outdated. Bed seemed a little musty. Transfer from the airport was very overpriced but comfortable and the driver was very nice and friendly. Pool was overcrowded with screaming kids but the beach was quiet.
Breakfast was ok. Dinner at the main restaurant was average but the Italian restaurant and local one were really good. Nice view of the sea. Beautiful garden and wildlife.

SpainWe have been to many hotels and buffets in Sri Lanka and the dinner buffet for 49$ which is way over double the prices in other 5 star hotels in Colombo and down South has no value for money. In fact, we had better selection and variety of food in other buffet for under 20 dollars. It’s way overpriced and I expected better for a buffet with European prices. I believe the hotel management is taking advantage of lack of restaurants around to jack up the prices. This would be the reason for us to not visit this location again. Made us regret going here instead of Shangri-La Hambantota
The hotel was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. Amazing tradition welcome ceremony which made our entrance special and unique. We had a beautiful ocean view room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

LuxembourgAnantara Peace Haven should organize a guest test panel to let them choose better background music in their restaurants and bars. Today really old fashioned. Their modern bar should play Buddha Bar / Cafe del Mar style music or better let a DJ perform in stead of the saxophone player playing old fashioned slow dance from 80s and 90s. Also their staff of the restaurants is well trained but their reception staff can be a bit more client friendly. Coffee cannot be served before 2pm in their reception area. Really not a flexible attitude. Reception manager fixed it herself but it took really long to get these coffees.
Very nice property with all the facilities you need. Very nice food in both the Italian restaurant and their Asian fusion outlet. Staff is super attentive. The bars are also inviting. The roof deck bar at the Italian bar serves splendid signature cocktails. Tropical Surf Team organizes guided surf trips by Tuk Tuk. Spa treatments are given by Balinese experts. And in the evening you can play a game on their pool billiard. Gym is modern and well equipped.

TurkeyThe best family hotel in Sri Lanka!! Peace, heaven, silent, relax, and rest… Location is well (Tangalle), beach is swimmable and clean, two pools are inside. All the personal is cheerful and helper.. This hotel has very different activies and experiences, they share the schedule with you! Wonderful spa, yoga place and kids clubs are also included. Kitchen is awesome!

Amazing stay at Anantara Peace Haven. The welcome was very special. Staff always friendly and professional. Resort was beautiful-the grounds, beach, pool and all facilities. Our rooms were perfect. We enjoyed wonderful Sri Lankan food at the Verala Restaurant, again the service was exceptional. The beakfast service was extensive and delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the view from our room and the efficiency of room service! Thrisari was fantastic. She looked after all our needs and reservations. She would check in with us every morning and even checked us out personally with a lovely farewell ceremony. We were on our babymoon and they even arranged a cake for us at check in. Lahiru at the poolside was very helpful as well.

Our stay was amazing, the resort is beautiful. But what made our stay really special was the staff. Kasthuri was taking care of our bookings from A to Z, always with grace and a smile. Two more staff stood out at the Verele restaurant, Rizvi and Timal. They were very professional, friendly, and made sure our stay was personalised by remembering small details and our dietary preferences ! The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Every moment at this beautiful hotel was perfect. The setting is stunning, pure nature with the spectacular coastline. The food was delightful and all the free activities were just fantastic. However the very best thing was the staff. We both agreed it was probably the best service we had ever had from our room attendants with their brilliant towel art to our room assistant Kasthuri who helped us to book everything we needed, to the wonderful guys by the pool, the brilliant kitchen team who took us to markets to cook and then did a workshop for us, to the friendly “mama” who saw us walking and took us to her open air kitchen to show us around, to the spa staff, the wonderful man who did the tea workshop with us, Rashmi the nature expert. Everyone was just so warm, welcoming and perfect!

AustraliaThe restaurants opened for dinner at 7pm which meant you are a chance of not getting into the one you want until later. Maybe if they opened at 6pm or 6:30pm this would allow for more people to access the one they want.
The staff are very attentive, and the location is lovely. The breakfast buffet is a standout, the quality of the food is top notch , the staff are very attentive and friendly, and the personalised juice bar is a bonus.
