This property has a spetacular view of the Pitons and Soufriere! Its also very quiet and the room was very spacious. The property itself was also beautiful. The picture is a view from our room-it doesnt get any better than that!

Not so much the property but Soufriere itself doesnt have much to offer in terms of restaurants-really only 2 or 3.

    The location was good.

There was no staff present to assist with anything during my stay. No fresh linen provided nor any housekeeping.

    Beautiful location and view

This property is not functioning. It is empty and very run down. At some time it must have been a wonderful place and could be again but it requires a huge input of funds. We had booked two rooms for two nights but the air in only worked in one room so we didn’t take it but did not get charged. There was no contact phone number we could ring if we had any problems. We were the only guests and I think in the only habitable part of the building. The pool was closed which was very disappointing. We left after one night.

The hotel is up a steep hill from the town but this gives incredible views of the Pitons. The room was a good size, had a fridge, glasses, plates and cutlery for basic self catering (no cooking facilities). The staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed or book taxis.

This is a palatial hotel that is sadly a shadow of its former glory with most of it going unused. It is a restaurant providing large scale lunches for coach trippers to the area with just a few rooms being used for accommodation. This was not a problem for us and we enjoyed our stay but I don't feel this reality is reflected in the marketing of the property.

The staff at the Villa were exceptional. I came to St. Lucia very last minute with no prior plans. They went above and beyond to recommend all I should do and see, and plan it according to my preferences. They checked up on me, made me feel at home and showed a hospitality that was truly touching. The room was very spacious and clean. The balcony provided a stunning view (view from the villa attached). The food at the resturant in town, owned by the hotel owners, was fantastic. The villa was very quiet, I didn't encounter many other guests.

The internet didn't work much in the room, but that wasn't a big deal for me. The villa is a bit uphill from the town and not an easy walk, though the staff were kind to continuously offer me drives. Good training for the gros piton hike :p

We loved the view! They had a mini fridge and freezer. For someone traveling on a budget, this hotel is good.

There was not always someone there to ask questions. They do not have parking spots so had to park at random openings on the property. The pool was closed. There were a lot of openings to the outside so bugs easily got in. This is an old rundown hotel but for someone on a budget, it gets the job done.

The staff was extremely nice, kind and helpful and did their best. The location great with stunning views to Des Pitons. Many things close by to explore. Beautiful hummingbirds in the garden.

I don't know where to start, but the Villa de Pitons did not meet our expectations. It is in need of many upgrades - both the rooms as well as the building itself. Many parts of the building was not used - probably due to the repairs and upkeep needed. There are no guard/security at the entrance, which we noticed that most other hotels had. We were the only people staying there and we're beginning to understand why. It's simply not up to just a normal standard. The first room we got - the A/C did not work. We had to move to another room after 2 days. The TV in the new room did not work. The fridge in the new room had no freezer unit so we had to carry the fridge from our first room ourselves to the new room. Couldn't let the fragile ladies at the hotel do that ! The kitchen in both rooms were poorly lit. Mostly the 2nd one. The propane bottle couldn't reach the cooker on the kitchen table so the tank had to be placed on a chair so ensure connection. The bathrooms needs significant upgrades. The tile work I think a 6year old kid could do better. The showers were mediocre at best. The shower unit in the new room was terrible. Broken and only water coming out of one side. Would not recommend Villa Des Pitons to elderly couples or families with kids. There are incredible many steps. For young people who are backpack traveling and perhaps used to hostels, the Villa Des Pitons would be fine. It's affordable but still not cheap and would have expected a little more standard features (not luxury - just commonplace). We made the best out or our stay. We can say it was an "exclusive" hotel as we were the only people staying there, so we had the pool for ourselves. Pool is not big so it would be a problem had there been more people staying. The Jacuzzi/hot-tub did not work was left disused with a lot of debris (leaves) in it. Bit of a sad sight. The photos on Booking.

The most beautiful views and lovely loft style room in a rustic hotel with Caribbean flair. The staff was accomodating and welcoming.

No direct access to food - though the owner was incredibly helpful in giving us a lift to their restaurant in town for breakfast every day. The hotel needs a bit of work but the rooms are great. The pool ladder was broken which was a danger to little kids.

The view was lovely! Nelcie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and try to tackle any issues as they presented themselves. The property is old and dated, but it adds to the older charm of the resort. We got to enjoy some of their buffet lunch, which was very gracious of them.

The bed is extremely firm. Trouble with the TV. We had to watch YouTube for in room entertainment. Then the remote went out one night. Staff had departed so we had to wait until the next day to get assistance. There was no fan and a small AC unit so we were warm sleeping up in the loft. Some amenities weren't really operational. It had great potential, it just needs a little love.

The views are unbeatable, unlimited and unobstructed. Room smelled nice (lots of air fresheners seen) Mosquito net over the bed The pool is well kept. Access to pool 24/7. The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff are responsive when you see them or text them

This property has so much potential to be a 5 star stay. It is very outdated and run down. It doesn’t appear that anyone looks after the property. The microwave in our room didn’t work. The door wouldn’t even shut. There was the occasional insect crawling around, you had to ensure all food was stored away. No staff onsite overnight. We were the only people there. Loud music from the city or other resorts can be heard throughout the night Bats are seen flying outside and heard in the roofs/at night in your room Towels and bedsheets did not smell pleasant No seating area in the room. I would recommend a nice sofa or seating area by the beds rather than another dining chair and table. The chairs are very uncomfortably to sit in, therefore your only option is to sit on your bed

Absolutely stunning views of soufriere and the Pitons. The owner was friendly if a little disorganised. A good price and beautiful rooms.

Generally it was a bit disorganised. The location on booking.com doesn't match where it is, so we went up a very worrying road at first. The Wi-Fi was very patchy and the veggie breakfast we'd requested contained quite a lot of meat. And no coffee in the rooms, which would have been nice.

Villa de Pitons was a quirky fun place to stay. Brightly coloured and trying really hard to give guests a good experience. The owner was lovely and helpful in arranging things and making sure we were okay.

The location was up a steep hill so not as accessible as being in the middle of town. There were some parts of the hotel that didn't quite "nail it" but it tried and for a flexible traveller it was fine.

Our stay was fabulous! The staff were very nice and did everything possible to make us confortable. They arranged for airport pickup from UVF. Breakfast was included and was delish!

The building was a bit dated. Coming out of covid the clientele was few.
