The drive from and to the airport road was in disrepair and needs to be fixed. The private road once you enter the property should be fixed.

The private plunge pool rooms were spacious and all had amazing views. The grounds were and facilities are very well maintained. The all inclusive plan has a varied selections and the fresh fish was very well done. The soup selections were also enjoyed.

There were tiny little ants in our closet and the pressure of the outdoor shower could’ve been better. The evening food was sometimes 10/10 but a couple times maybe a 6 or 7/10.

The resort has a very intimate feel due to not being a big corporate resort, this is really evident throughout. It’s the perfect size, amazing location, all cottages have a view of the ocean. Perfectly air conditioned rooms, staff amazingly friendly. Great food and drinks too especially at the beach restaurant!

The only thing we would have liked was a microwave in our room for our room service food and leftovers from our meals, and a few more snack options in the store in the reception area. Not even negative feedback, just thoughtful suggestions that in hindsight would've further enhanced an awesome experience.

The food choices had plenty of variety and a mixture of local and international cuisine. The view from pretty much anywhere on the property was spectacular - from our balcony, while dining, at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or from the beach. The staff was friendly, engaging, responsive, and informative. Our tour guide, Sheffield, was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history of the island, the wildlife, agriculture and economy.

The birds 🦅 were good to watch, but having to drive them away from the food was annoying! Some of the windows panes in the room had smudges that could have been easily cleaned, during my one week stay, but was either not noticed ɔ ignored 😩

The highlights were the indoor/outdoor living with the stunning uninterrupted view of the seaside, the outside shower was fascinating and the funicular was quite an experience- I enjoyed every bit of my stay👌

Food at the main restaurant could be improved. Staff are quite professional but without a personal touch. We were always treated as a room number not as guests with a name.

unbelievable location, isolated and secluded resort yet with all comforts. perfect honeymoon setting. Accomodation is provided in large sea view rooms with outdoor shower, a sheer delight. Public areas well maintained and beautiful. Do the rhum and wine tasting, really worth it. Very good selection of wines at the restaurant. Beachside restaurant good value and delicious local food.

Breakfast was wonderful if you wanted to just do the complimentary as it included fruit, pastries, yogurt etc. but we wanted some eggs as well so added eggs off the a la carte menu. The service was excellent and the quaintness of the property was so refreshing from the larger resorts. We will definitely be back!!

The walk up 20-ish steps, combined with the severe slope from our cottage to the pool, main lodge, and restaurant area, was challenging for two late 60's folks with bothersome knees. Even though our direct view of the Caribbean Sea and the resort harbor was fantastic, should we visit again we will look for a cottage that doesn't present that challenge.

Grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, staff extremely courteous and always willing to assist.

There were really very few negatives. The only thing that wasn’t pretty much perfect was the communication on the excursions. The office staff were less helpful than the other staff and didn’t inform us of extra fees on one excursion due to us being the only ones going. Had we known, we may have cancelled but we still enjoyed the excursion.

Very private, beautiful accommodations in an idyllic setting with spectacular views everywhere you look. The pathways and gardens are like something out of a gardening magazine. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and clearly very well trained. The beach was lovely, and the information and supplies for snorkeling and kayaking were great. Work needs to be done on the excursion booking part of the app, Bigger bed sheets that dont end up in a ball every night and we felt the supplement for the New years eve party was rather a lot as we were all inclusive and had spent A LOT of money to be there over the festive season.

every thing was beautiful and the staff were amazing especially Sharnell in reception, Dina and Sherick. really helpful when a leg injury caused me problems and would come and collected us from the room as the resort is quite hilly.

The road in is a bit bumpy in places.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Ti Kaye, other than to say my wife and I never like staying in the same place twice, but we will be coming back to this beautiful resort. The staff, food, service, beach, rooms - all of it - absolutely exceeded expectations and everyday we were blown away by how far the team at Ti Kaye wanted to help you out. The food was of such a high standard and the beach and snorkeling were out of a dream. I want to give a personal shout out to Shernel whom couldn't have done more to help me throughout the whole booking process, right through to our checking out. Was just a wonderful place and we were incredibly sad to leave!

The beach is rocky, buggy, and not clean. If they spent some time to clear away fresh beach, figure out a way to inhibit mosquito and sand flies, clear more beach away for the resort, TiKaye would be one of the best in the world.

Unreal vibe. You practically have your own bungalow in the rain forrest the way the resort is laid out. It’s incredibly beautiful. To top off the vibe you get to shower outside which just adds to the all around oasis. The property is top notch, pool, main lodge, bar, and two restaurants with one being directly on the water. The staff is unbelievably friendly and attentive. You really can’t find a more beautiful resort when it comes to the vegetation and interplay of resort and nature. It simply is exquisite. You can snorkel, paddle board, kayak all from the resort. We did all inclusive and highly recommend it as the food and drinks are amazing! We also drove to the resort because we spent time elsewhere on the island, the road to this resort is not for the faint of heart and is quite a trek.

The location is far and car ride made me sick. Also my husband and I were playing music in out cottage and someone called to complain. The other guest were not friendly or warm at all.

Unfortunately the funicular wasn't working, but we got a good work out! The beach isn't the nicest beach in the world, but the snorkelling was good. Some nights the music in the bar was too upbeat for the setting, and we would have preferred something more chilled. It wasn't an issue for us, but some people may expect towel swans and turn down service for the price. Also not a massive issue for us as we hired a car, but taxis will often charge more to get to and from the hotel due to the condition of the road leading up to it.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, and they give a personal touch. For example they realised it was my birthday when we checked in, and added a special touch to the dinner that night. We enjoyed the wine tasting, and they had a good list of house wines available with dinner. I'd definitely recommend getting the plunge pool if your budget allows! Every room has amazing sea views.

As it happens in the Caribbean, the personnel sometimes forget what you asked them for until you ask it again. But that did not change the overall experience.
