Accommodation number 1 was a little disappointing. Balcony furniture very uncomfortable if looking to have a good read before going out for the night!. View of carpark equally disappointing BUT bed comfy! 14A was very nicely appointed re view but again the outdoor furniture let the side down. Mre comfortable than apartment 1 BUT the cushions were a little tired. No hot water either and that needs fixing.

Spacious accommodation for a couple in a large bedroom. Two outdoor sitting areas at the ground and the first floor were very good and well used. Secure gated community with very helpful security staff overnight. Useful kitchen with all the facilities you would expect. Well situated next to excellent shopping area and several restaurants. All staff we met were really helpful.

Is a lovely large property for 2 people in a great location. The bed is comfortable with excellent hotel grade cotton sheets. It feels very safe in a hated community. Jenny was an absolute marvel, helping sort out issues and finding solutions.

The maintenance has been lax. Someone came in during our stay to change 8 light bulbs before he ran out of replacements. He also had to fix the air conditioner downstairs, which kept cutting out, open the safe, which had been locked shut and provide matches because the electric lighter didn't work on the gas stove. With a bit more care and attention this property would get a higher score. The WiFi was sketchy, especially upstairs, where it often didn't work well

    Excellent location and accommodation

Would have liked a box of tissues and four rolls of toilet paper vs three for four people.

Firstly, our thanks to owner Cleopatra and housekeeper Jeni. Having enjoyed our first stay here at Apartment # 14A 14 months ago, we were back for a longer holiday - albeit that we weren't so lucky with the St Lucian weather this time around, with a lot of rain and strong winds for several days. (Just as well that this property is very spacious and a comfortable place to spend time indoors when it is too wet and windy to venture out). And of course # 14A has a wonderful view across the harbour. The gardens at The Harbour are very well-kept. The various flowers and birds were a real joy to see. We love Rodney Bay with all of its bars, restaurants, shops etc. And Reduit Beach which is a short walk away.

Problems with the water pressure in the main en suite - and the shower was always only tepid.....despite running it for a long while (a waste of water) before getting into it. The toilet cistern in the main en suite 'squeaks' loudly for much of the time. It kept us awake - so we had to turn the stopcock off - at the side off the toilet - at night. The blind in the main en suite is broken and needs replacing. Some money really needs to be spent on the apartment as several items need fixing/renovating /replacing (too many to mention here). For instance.... The iron has a cord stuck together with sticky tape. A real hazard. The oven door makes a very loud squeaking noise when it's opened & closed. The safe relies on one worn key to open and close it - which was difficult to use at times. The tops of some of the taps are missing. No plug in the basin in the powder room. Dining chairs need recovering/replacing as they are quite stained. The floor-standing lamp in the lounge does not work. A couple of plastic chairs would be handy for sitting outside the main bedroom - and for sitting on the grass by the harbour. An umbrella could also be provided. Little things such as new drinks coasters would be good.

House was much bigger than expected. It was quiet, and the pool was nice, and I loved all the flowers.

We did not like the location. Rodney Bay is congested and urban, and the beach is a long walk from the house (20 mins) and very disappointing, with few trees and unsightly wire fencing. The house feels unloved. The cooker gas ignition was unreliable. The AC downstairs didn't function correctly. The house is dingy to eat in, and the front terrace overlooks the carpark. The back garden is uninviting and the outside table decrepid. We were expecting to be overlooking the harbour, were very disappointed with this property, and left after two nights to find a more rural location.

1A nicely decorated with very good functional equipment. 14A position/view/internal layout/indoor/outdoor furniture.

1A too small with uncomfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. No view and small space for outdoor living. 14A no hot water really to speak of.

Jeni, the property manager, was very hospitable & helpful. The unit was clean and the kitchen well equipped. It was an easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The beach was only a 15-20 minute walk. Grounds are well kept and nice to have the gated entrance/exit.

Need to define the address better for taxis and others to find location. (It gets confused with The Harbour Club). There are two gates for entering, so that can be challenging for gaining initial entry, and one can't enter unless someone is on property, and readily available, to open the gate or lucky enough to have a another guest / owner drive or walk onto the property. Should have two contact numbers to ensure an easy entry upon arrival into property. Or, have gate sentries that are on property 24/7.

The location was wonderful, literally near everything.

Well. I thought there were activities there or nearby. I even wanted to book an excursion, which she said was too late since I didn’t book in advance. I never heard of that before. Upon, wondering around near in the neighborhood. There were other hotels that would have accommodated me if I would had came earlier or reserve the night before. If she would have mentioned this, I would have booked it. I did find something to do, amongst other things. Then, upon arrival I had to wait for staff to assist me, obtaining the key. Even though they knew I was arriving. There’s no office, in the facility, security works only 12 hours shift. I tried to connect with staff over the phone on several occasion but was unsuccessful. This is not, what I’m used to. I wanted a better experience for my birthday. I will not be staying there again.
