The breakfast was great and the idea was a wonderful idea since we arrived late at the accommodation and didn't have time to do any shopping etc. Ms.Pat ensured that we had activities planned and even gave us tips and ideas on things we can do. She even provided us with a taxi which was exceptional. The accommodation is close to the road which allowed us to take the public bus to Casties. I loved and enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend.

Pat was a terrific hostess and even had a meal prepared for our arrival and the next morning which gave us a chance to go to the grocery store the next day. She even took us on a little tour around the small town close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming accommodation! The room was surprisingly spacious, with high ceilings and a comfortable layout. While the view might not be panoramic, the surrounding trees and lush canopy created a peaceful atmosphere, making us feel like we were nestled in a tropical haven. A major plus was the easy access – just a short 50m stroll from the main road, with convenient parking. No harrowing mountain roads to navigate! What truly made our stay special, however, was the warm and communicative host. The room's design and atmosphere felt more like staying in a friend's home, rather than a impersonal hotel. It was a welcome respite from the typical hotel experience. We highly recommend this cozy retreat to anyone seeking a relaxing, home-away-from-home experience in St. Lucia!

Our 8 day stay in St. Lucia was awesome. The spacious 3 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals when we wanted, and eating on the covered patio with warm tropical breezes was so relaxing. Our hostess, Pam is a lovely person who was helpful in finding the best restaurants and activities. Couldn't have been better and we look forward to returning.

Pat is a lovely and generous host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay at Royal Escape. She made us feel at home and even bought eggs for us when we could not find any at the local grocery store. The three-bedroom apartment is very spacious and gets amazing natural light. Pat was happy to help us book a taxi for the Gros Islet street party and recommended local restaurants and beaches by activities we were doing in Soufriere and Castries. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed at Best view the sister property nearby. Same owners.Ruth was so sweet and helpful . Rooms were big and wrap around balcony . Great for sunset sunrise with coffee or Piton

Pat was an incredible hostess. She is extremely friendly and very helpful. She recommended the places to visit. She cooked us fish stew which was delicious and also gave us souvenirs to take home. This was very nice and generous of her. Housekeeper Lucy was excellent too. We had a lovely 31 nights stay. Having her on site was a bonus. The apartment was very comfortable and the whole property is very safe and clean.

I can not find any fault with this property or the hostess. Everything was so perfect.

Our hostess Pat was warm and welcoming and accommodated our request to check in early. Our apartment was large, spacious and had a lovely veranda for relaxing. She thoughtfully provided breakfast ingredients for us to get us started the next morning. She provided a very comprehensive welcome book with lots of good suggestions about places to eat, activities and local resources. Pat is a genuinely pleasant person who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The Royal Escape is well worth a stay.

Pat was an amazing and generous host. The apartment was spacious, super clean, with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here over Christmas. Pat even bought and cooked us fish and gave us Christmas ham and delicious cake. She recommended lots of local places to visit. The boys enjoyed playing basketball and swimming in the pool. It was the best accommodation we had stayed in at St Lucia.

Exceptionally comfortable We had a very pleasant stay in Saint Lucia in large thanks to this lovely apartment. Our friendly hostess Pat gave us a warm welcome and helped us find our way around on the island. The apartment was very clean and fully accommodated our needs. We also liked the fact that the apartment was favorably located on the island so we could do a lot of sightseeing in short period of time. We definitely recommend this apartment to those who are looking for comfortable place from where they can easily discover one of the most beautiful islands in the world.

it is a vary specious and convenient villa located on the western coast line close to all the tourist points of the island, the host is very friendly and all the description matches the accommodation

Mrs. Pat truly makes you feel like family. She was extremely attentive and available at any time. She helped arrange transportation to every place we were interested in and even provided recommendations. Plus the house and pool were so beautiful and peaceful, such a great stay! Highly recommend!

The Royal Escape is on the west side of St Lucia centrally located to most of the islands beaches and attractions. The accommodations were spacious, well stocked and clean. Pat and Nat were easily accessible for questions or if we needed anything. They were very professional, respectful and courteous and provided recommendations on beaches, restaurants, grocery store and other attractions and services. The pool was a lovely place to hang out and relax if we didn’t want to travel for a day.

I loved my time at Royal Escape. Pat, Nathaniel and Lucy made sure I was very comfortable and took extra steps to ensure I enjoyed my stay. This included helping me organise taxis and transfers, and telling about activities to do in the area. The accommodation was perfect for what I was after. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped to cook if I wanted to. It was a great oasis and felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation is close to Anse Le Raye, Marigot Bay and Ti Kaye resort where you can get a day pass to use the beach for $10.

I would recommend a car if possible as it does open up a lot of options for you

The accommodations were absolutely wonderful and pictures just as advertised. Our apartment was very spacious and offered a full kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a spa tub and a view of the ocean. The facility is not in town but a neighborhood which felt more private and exclusive. The small pool and back yard area was a very nice place to retreat to and relax or take a dip. Pat and Nathaniel were very gracious hosts, who not only provided supplies for our first breakfast but also researched and provided information about local activities and transportation etc. We cannot speak highly enough of Pat and Nathaniel, who were so very nice and made sure we were comfortable.

Very well equipped spacious property, my kids enjoyed the pool. Pat is very friendly and helpful with all. Good base to explore the island.

Not a don’t like but you need a car

The Royal Escape was a beautiful piece of property situated in the middle of the west coast. It was well-maintained,,beautiful and our apartment was well stocked. Pat and Nathaniel even drove us a couple of places as we did not have a car. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped us figure out where to go and how to do it.!

Having a car probably would’ve been easier to get around the island however, the two lane roads are very hilly with Sterns, U-turns, and crazy drivers! I grew up in Boston, so I know how to drive in a city, but my husband not so much especially on the left side of the road!
