The right location with an exceptional host. Everything was in order, and I loved every day there. I had no idea of my activities, but Maria gave me suggestions and how to get around by bus. I had a blast of a time, and knowing I was coming back to a very clean and quiet room was even better. If you are ever in St. Lucia look no further. I also had my daily dose of fruits freely as I picked up mangoes and had a blast every morning and evening.

Could use a light above mirror and sink area so you can see you face better. But bathroom is well light otherwise. So minor quip. Slight confusion with bookings.com description and room I received, bookings.com said kitchenette (which place does have at higher rate) but I had nice private room and bath with shared kitchen/common area. No biggie for me, but ensure directly with Maria if that's important to you.

Very nice property, well maintained. AC in room so you can definitely cool off from hit humid weather. Maria is a fantastic host, with plenty of knowledge of the area and recommendations. Very nice private lagoon nearby to snorkel in. Stairs are steep down and section at bottom broken away, most guys can climb it, but Maria was able to contact someone to open a drive access if that avenue is not possible for you. Maria seems very well versed in what travelers need and has the information or connections to make it happen. Nice quiet, secluded property but only 2 - 2.5 miles (2.5 - 4km) from main town Castries. During day and early evenings mini buses are they way to go at only EC$2 - 2.50 a pop (as of date of this writing Aug. 12, 2025). Nice property with great host. Highly recommend!!

The Marvey's place is great there is it in a calm and nice area. Room is clean and the host is very kind. I appreciate it a lot. There are small beach down but not simple to access to it. But nice spot for diving 10 minutes from town center with bus to Castries

From my arrival at the port until reaching my destination, the welcome was excellent. Even though my stay was short, the welcome was warm and pleasant. Another positive point, the accommodation's location created a very soothing atmosphere with a beautiful garden.

Peace and quiet is everything. Easy access to catch bus into Castries. I didn’t even have to wait long, less than 2 minutes and we got a bus.

The beach that is nearby wasn't really for me. When I visited, it was a high tide, so it wasn't accessible. There are also a lot of steps to walk down. However, halfway down the steps, the view is breathtaking. Maria suggested the beach at Gros Islet. This was magnificent and I also visited Pigeon Island. Once again I got there by local bus.

I totally loved my stay here. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is filled with many trees baring fruits like mango, papaya, grapefruit, and coconuts. It's a dream to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and peaceful atmosphere. Maria is also very helpful and she gave me lots of information and tips about island life. Also she gave me a wonderful welcome and showed me around the house and explained to me how everything worked. I travelled to and around the area via the local bus. The Sol gas station is just minutes away from the house. Just tell the driver "Millennium Highway Sol Station" from Castries and you are on your way. Everyone is so friendly on the island, just ask a question, and you will be sure to get the answer. My room was also great. Exactly what I needed. A comfortable bed and a shower. There was also a TV and Air Conditioning (which i didn't need). The whole house is very clean and maintains the island feel. There's a communal kitchen, so you can cook, use the fridge, and there's place to put your local fruits. I would definitely book again.

Very nice house. Room sparkling clean, good AC and very comfortable beds. The owner was really nice and ensured I had everything i needed (transport, etc…).

Wish the local beach was easier to get to. Had to go down quite a long, lonely trail from the main road but the beach was clean with spectacular views so I guess the little trek was well worth it.

Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings, in a quiet part of town. Good location. A 15 minute bus ride takes you straight in to the centre of town where you'll find the market, banks and all the main shops. Maria was very helpful and offered lots of tips on what to do during my stay. Maria also arranged a very good transfer from the airport which was both reliable and professional. Overall, the room was cosy and the apartment clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen could use some new pans utensils and some cleaning. But it works like this too.

Maria is a wonderful host, only for her this guesthouse should keep getting perfect score reviews! The garden is lovely and quiet. The rooms are basic but clean. And the air conditioner worked great. The communal kitchen is as a bit messy as to be espected. Tip to get here: tell any taxi or zr it is the gas station exit on tunnel road and everybody will know as there is only one gas station on the millennial highway. The gas station has some basic shopping goods to make buns and burgers and some drinks. Great for afternoon arrivals.
