Swimming pool is a great feature, and it was with salt water!! The view every time you look is fantastic.breakfast is ready at 8 am every day. Staff is friendly and helping for all aspects.

The only point is that some group ( young's) are allowed to rent for the afternoon and make parties. So no more tranquility and happiness ( 2 times in the week). Access a bit rough with a little car, preferred mid size.

Pool not available due to large extended family party with noise . Inaccurate listing: . A/c only… in bedroom no pool umbrella. Not one. No practical second bed. No massage service or lunch/ meal for purchase as advertised

The property was located off a dirt road, which our taxi refused to drive down, stating that his vehicle was too low and the road would cause damage. Some helpful neighbours helped us carried our suitcases to our apartment. Minimal lighting on the road, mobile phones came in handy. There were guests who had hired vehicles. They said cars have to drive slow on entering the road to the property. That being said, it is out of the owners hands.

Location was great. Close to attractions but nice and secluded as well. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Wish breakfast was served earlier, to allow for early departures to attractions. Breakfast was a little different but was delicious.

Location was tricky to drive to. The property manager, Jamal, met us at the airport and showed us the way to the property to check us in. Amazing view of the ocean. The pool wasn't very warm, but on a hot day, it might feel good. The property, inside and out was very clean and we'll kept. Our breakfast came with a knock on our front door. It was delivered by two older women, who had prepared a beautiful breakfast. Fresh fruit, some weird fish dish and yummy bread. Also hot water and coffee. The property had WiFi and Netflix. I would definitely book with Desired View in the future.

Would have liked to use the clothes dryer. We had damp swim suits and had to pack them in suitcases.

Roads

The breakfast is delicious: fresh salads and veggies, fried platanos some sort of protein: eggs fish or meat on tasty carribean sauce, a fresh roll or toast, fresh tropical fruit and fruit juces tea and coffee!! And the ladies/ cooks are so friendly. The swimming pool is nice and clean, with view of Gros Piton. The view from the veranda is great: wide sea, tropical forest and beautiful sunsets!! some info to the way to the beach: The nice beach below is a bit of a walk: go right after exitingvthe gate, walk all the way to the end untill the path joins a real road: T - junction, on that road turn left down towards the sea. at the hous on the bottom of the hill“ the view“, in the curve there ( road continues to the left), go down a dirt road to the right and walk all the way to the beach. It takes 25 min down and 35 min up. Now the beach is still very peaseful and desearted. But they are digging the foundations now of a resort there, so I don‘t know for how much longer. But the beach is long, so there would still be plenty of space beside the resort beach. There are no coralls but pleanty of fish, whol huge schools of young fish, like in a nursery. There is indicated a trail head up to Gros Piton from the beach. Don‘t know if the path is ever used. The start of the Gros Piton trail You can how ever reach in 25 min on foot from the house. The impressive often steep but very safe trail up to the top takes 2 hrs

I have a difficult back so the spring mattrass wasn‘t so comfortable for me and a bit noisy, but was ok. You DO need a car! Nadia kindly organised one for us. All the attractions are only accessible by car no public transport, or You would just wait for hours if at all!!The roads take a long time (30-45 kmh) as they are very curvy, steep and often full of holes..

The breakfast was different but fine. The people serving the breakfast and meeting our needs were awesome. Treated the best we have ever been treated. So kind and thoughtful were the host and help.

We were not near any close supermarkets. A couple of cockroaches for visiting us from under the kitchen cabinets.

The view is best described as truly breathtakingly beautiful!!! The breakfast served was scrumptious. A really authentic St. Lucian breakfast. It was served with fruits making it a very satisfying meal. The hostess is very attentive and ensured needs were met in a timely manner The accommodation is very spacious with a kitchen ready for meal preparation and modern bathrooms with easy access for all The property is within close proximity to 2 fantastic restaurants and beaches Value for your money is a huge understatement!!!!! I highly recommend this property !!!

There was nothing I didn't like....

The room and living area had all the necessary amenities. The pool was accessible at all times, so our kids jumped right in. There were superb views if the sea and gros piton. Friendly and responsive staff who were extremely helpful every step of the way. A healthy local breakfast was served in the room.

It was pretty basic and price slightly, but maybe these are just standard prices on the island. We just stayed for 1 night and then moved to another location, but I personally won't be staying here for more than 2 nights because that would cover some of the major attractions in the area.

Nadia the host was fantastic and so was her staff. They did their utmost best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The views are breathtakingly beautiful but be aware that you will have to encounter a very steep and rough drive before you get there. Breakfast was amazing !

The villa is quite warm as there is only one AC in the master bedroom. The living room/kitchen is one big open plan and without AC it can be quite muggy and warm .

Apartment was fine. Pool very nice.

Air condioning was very inadequate. There was a large pool party with very loud music. We were told it was a staff party and would be over by 1030 pm. It began in about that time. They finally turned the music down after my second attempt asking them to turn the music down about 01:30 am. We had very little sleep that night.

The owner of the villa was very accommodating and guided me along the way. They also had a driver that was able to drive me from and to the airport and also around the area. The staff was also very friendly and helped out the best they could.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The pool was terrific and the hostess was a sweetheart, even though far away, she was very accessible and quick to respond to our considerations.

The location was hard to find. The roads in St. Lucia are so bad, we returned the car, but then it was difficult and expensive to get anywhere. The lighting wasn't adequate or nice at night, and some shelving in the bathroom to put things on would be a welcome addition and easy to do.

4.5 stars. Had an awesome time, food was excellent, Nature at its finest, Locals very welcoming. Good Wifi ofcourse for communication.

Details of recommended tours would have been appreciated. For example We Underestimated the phyicality of the Nature trail. The boat tour booked could have been offered with more details such as Duration, activities, refreshments etc

The views of both mountain and sea are amazing. A beautiful clean and warm place to stay. I definitely recommend it for family and solo travelers

View is amazing Great staff

Spent a night is this very spacious apartment with modern amenities. They also exceed my partner expectation with a birthday decoration surprise in the bedroom. check-in and checkout are smooth. absolutely no delays. Host is always readily available to respond to any questions one may have. I will definitely recommend this place and return.

Spacious clean and comfortable

Breakfast came late.

Very well located for an early start at the Gros Piton trail. Place was very spacious, clean, and clearly recently equipped/decorated. There is equipment for cooking but could do with a slightly bigger pan to make a meal. We had a 4x4 which we were pleased with as the track up to the apartment is a little bumpy. We didn't realise the payment wasn't taken from the card we used to reserve the apartment so had to make arrangements to visit a family member to pay the next day which was fine - just worth taking into consideration around travel plans.

There was a fair amount of noise in the night which wasn't ideal for sleeping but possibly from wind on the building works upstairs or next door apartment.
