A little in corporation of the local cuisine would be nice.

The adults only sides which allowed for is adults to relax and enjoy our stay in peace and enjoy ourselves without worrying about kids being around

The sargassum was the only major negative. The entire beach was not usable for most of our stay due to tons of it washing up on shore and the ocean was quite brown and smelled a little bit. It appears they are doing their best to manage it.

We loved the room, location, the adult’s only areas (pools and restaurants), the restaurants and food (italian, asian, caribbean, veranda, jerk chicken hut). Staff of the resort were all very nice and did a great job. Drinks from the bars were excellent.

There were lots to do at this resort for the entire family. The food was great and easily accessible, and the drinks were excellent. My 4 year old enjoyed herself thoroughly.

Lots of seaweed on beach. Staff did clear it but it was not pleasant to swim. Atlantic Ocean side is rougher than I expected.

Perfect combination of kid friendly with lots of great pools, water slides, etc and wing with nice beach lounge chairs for adults. Food was very good. Clean and attentive staff.

- As mentioned in many posts, the bathroom could do with some improvements - but that didn’t bother us too much - No lifeguards anywhere - beach or swimming pool - which should really be a big NO NO for any hotels particularly one tailored towards kids - WiFi is pretty bad - Not possible to lock doors from the inside e.g if you turn the lock your kid could still open the door whenever he wants as you just need to lift the handle to open it + The latch at the top of the door didn’t work - Hit and miss with people working in the hotel. Some really lovely people trying to help as much as possible, smily and welcoming. But also you can see some employees really can’t be bothered. Weird atmosphere with people in the main buffet restaurant: we have seen a couple of arguments in between staffs, employees seem bored. None of it feel very professional. - Hotel is noisy. You can hear everything. Employees are very loud and don’t hesitate talking loudly in front of your door. Doors make quite a lot of noise closing. Again that didn’t bother us too much but if you want peace and quiet this is not the place (at least in the family section of the hotel). You can feel that it is a four stars resort. The attention to details is not there. Service is lacking. But as mentioned previously the kids had an absolute blast and it was an amazing holiday. To Be Noted: Atlantic side so quite windy and ocean choppy hence bad visibility. Good amount of seaweed but they’re trying to clean regularly. All in all that didn’t bother us. Kids loved the beach.

Complete absence of common sense and flexibility displayed by some staff. Was there for business (as only decent hotel near airport it was the only option). I had a number of awkward and embarrassing moments which were completely unnecessary. Felt like I was being ripped off.

Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurants were very good. And adults-only areas much appreciated.

Pools were sooo busy! If you werent that early enough, you had to sit away from the main pool - the seats in the shade went first. It was VERY loud too - very family focused - which is no bad thing - but just something to be mindful of

A change in circumstances meant we needed to find a hotel for 2 nights, so we looked close to the airport and managed to find the Lovely coconut Bay. Rooms are fine, nothing special but they do a job. The food was plentiful and so much of it, literally non stop food and drink options - staff really kind too!

Reservations at the restaurants were difficult to get. The available food options were not that fantastic.

Coconut Bay was perfect for meeting up with my family members and friends for a wedding. The kids could not get enough of the water park.

The service was so-so. It was slow which i guess is the point when you come to the Caribbean to slow down. However, i had to pour my own water at the dining hall so to me that was just ridiculously slow. Also, the fan in our room was broken and the fridge was soooo loud i had to uplug it. All of the rooms are ocean view, which means that if you’re not a fan of late night entertainment you will get annoyed because its loud until at least 10pm/11pm every night. I don’t know how families with babies did it! I went to sleep with earplugs :-) luckily my 6 year daughter is a night owl.

I loved the beach. At first i was nervous that its so close to the airport but turns out there are only like 5 flights per day and all in late afternoon. So it was quiet most of the time. The beach is beautiful. Lots of palm trees, beach shack with a bar, bathrooms , hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. The environment is very natural. There’s no development in signt so it feels very tranquil. The pools were fun too, one with a swim up bar and the other for sports. The food at this resort was amazing!! They make such good meat!!! The western might boogie night was hilarious. Country music in the Caribbean?! It worked amazingly!

The buffet food was just ok, could be warmer and more options. Security stopped us from walking the beach at night and didn't really provide an explanation for why. Some of the staff seemed cold, felt a lack of just friendly smiles in passing. Biggest issue were the lack of outlets near the bed, could use outlets on or near the nigh stands on both sides of the bed.

The entertainment and the resort were awesome! Beach was well kept, staff did a great job combating the seaweed build up. Didn't feel cramped plenty of space when in the pools. Water slides were awesome, I could see them expanding that area more. We stayed on the harmony side this time but if we ever traveled there with our kids I think it would be just as great!
