We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of Coco Rose. It was exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the balcony with amazing views of the Piton. It was in a good area. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect !

Great large apartment with everything you need , a washing machine with soap supplies, hot shower , wi fi , tv , friendly neighbourhood a short walk from town , a bakery at the back with fresh local bread , very close to a super market , Janet is a friendly professional host , very helpful and her staff Cheryl was super friendly and helpful, she made us feel very welcome in the village when we bumped into her :) thank you for hosting us :)

The kitchen could be outfitted a little better. The overall cleanliness could be improved as well. The one thing that was a let down however, was the noise level. We stayed somewhere else for the 1st part of our holiday and it was much quieter there. Expect street noise, construction going on in several properties in the direct vicinity of the apartment, as well as neighbours playing loud music (though not late in the evening or at night, luckily!). This may not be an issue for everyone, but it did bother us ....

The host, Janet, is nice and met us upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the apartment. The location is very convenient with regards to the (biggest) Massy supermarket in town, Fedo restaurant (highly recommended!) and the Botanical Gardens. The 1st floor, where we stayed, has 2 balconies on either end, both with nice views. The washing machine was another bonus. Not to mention the fact that Janet has Netflix set up for her customers (we don't have our own account)!!!

The beds were quite uncomfortable. ( hard mattresses) . A hairdryer would have been nice!

The apartment is spacious, airy and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We found the bed very comfortable. Janet greeted us with a very warm and friendly welcome and showed us around. At the end of our stay Janet was there to check all was okay with the apartment, which it was. We would recommend and definitely stay there again should we visit St Lucia in future.

Spacious, well-appointed, clean and comfortable apartment in walking distance of supermarket, town and the waterfront. Janet was helpful and communicative. Checkin and out were punctual and efficient and - unusually these days- done in person. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would happily return.

From the moment I booked, Janet was communicative and helpful. She gave me detailed instructions on how to get to the property and tips on sightseeing activities to pursue during my time in Soufriere. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by the housekeeper, who showed me the runnings of the apartment. I was taken with just how clean the whole place was and the well-equipped kitchen. The power shower in my en-suite was another bonus! Having been away from home for a few weeks, having access to a washing machine was another bonus. The Wi-Fi connection was very reliable, enabling me to attend a number of important work meetings using it. I felt very at home in the space and also very safe. As a solo female traveller, safety is a big thing for me. I have already told Janet that I will be back, and I have told my friends and family that if they are coming to Soufriere, this is the place to stay!

It's SUCH good value for money! Couldn't believe the size of the place. Its a great space and has all the amenities you would need, making it a very comfortable is stay. Janet is also lovely and very accommodating.

No blanket on the bed, just sheets. No mattress cover either.

Enjoyed my stay here. Really great value which was hard to find in this area. Happy to find something offered at a fair price! Convenient location. About a 10 minute walk, maybe less, to the area of town down by the water. Felt comfortable. You could even see the piton a little bit from the front door. Apartment was clean and spacious. AC in our room and the living room. Nice hot shower. Full kitchen. Host was really nice too and accommodated us checking in a little late. Great stay, thank you.

There is no air conditioning in the main area and 2 bedrooms. The ceiling fan in the living room did not move the air well. Perhaps more fans would help.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent and it was very modern and clean.

Unit description listed “air conditioning,” however, only one bedroom out of 3 has A/C. There were also 2 large floor stand fans which helped.

Host extremely accommodating and friendly. Went out of her way to assist us after our rental car broke down. Clean unit as well.

It was quite noisy at night

The apartment was very well equipped, with great facilities, located in a calm area of Soufriere. The communication with the staff was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly.
