Like all of St. Lucia, services for tourists are priced unreasonably high. You can find restaurants here, for example, but be prepared to pay dearly for them!

Great location, though on busy road; a short stroll to beach and town. A very well kept and furnished apartment, with superb view of Petit Piton. And you will be well looked after by the hosts!

The access to the property is on the highway out of town with limited parking. While the property is only a short distance from the beach, one needs to carefully walk along the busy highway. Around 4 am each morning roosters in the neighborhood started crowing quite loudly. Ear plugs were only moderately helpful.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. It had a wonderful view of the mountains to the south. A clean bathroom with a great shower. The kitchen had all the implements needed to cook. It was comfortable and cozy. The air conditioner kept the bedroom quite cool while the rest of the apartment could be quite warm. There is a friendly local restaurant and tour operator a few buildings away, which is very convenient.

Without a car it was a decent walk to the nearby supermarket for groceries considering the heat.

Great location to see the east side of the island from, with all the St Lucian highlights in the area. Waking up every morning with a view of Petit Piton was splendid. Short walk (less than 2 minutes) to soufriere beach anytime we wanted to cool down with a quick dip.

It was hard to initially find but really there wasn’t much not to like.

The printout from booking.com included "washing machine". This usually means a washing machine in the apartment. On holiday, we book only apartments with washing machines. The washing machine was outside, down some stairs in the laundry area and would have cost US$10. (it was being serviced at the start of our stay).

Bathroom was small, we had the lower apartment so no real view vs the upstairs. A bit noisy at night with the dogs and roosters.

It was noisy at night from dogs barking and cocks crowing! The owner can't change that! The chairs weren't comfortable

Everything was good. The balcony was smaller than I realised - although perfectly adequate for what we needed.

A good location, a short walk up the road from the beach. The property was clean and had everything anyone would need, including an outdoor shower. Mora (the host) was really friendly and helpful.

We requested to check in at 2pm however when we arrived at 2:15pm the room was not quite ready. None the less, we had to get lunch and do some shopping, the house keeper allowed us to leave our bags and gave us keys before we left. Not a major bumber but we were very happy with the entire booking.

Breakfast was not part of my package but we made our own and enjoyed it on the patio with the view of the piton in background

No place to hang beach clothes and no broom. Main complaint s a send numerous emails and heard nothing back till our last day checking out.

I didn't find the parking area. I parked off the road in front of the building but I was told parking was available and if anyone else was driving, they'd have had nowhere to park 😕 Truly tho, barely a complaint cuz I still safely parked close enough to my room.

Loved that I could see the Pitons out the window from my bed! The location is perfect, not just for the views but it's also basically walking distance from the town which was fantastic. The apartment is so well kept and beautiful. Sylvia, the housekeeper was so welcoming when we got in, gave us a little tour and made sure we knew we could contact Mora with any questions. Would definitely stay again, will definitely be telling anyone who wants to do a tour of Soufriere that this is the perfect location for their stay 😊

furniture crowded in common room. we didn't understand or expect the screaming frogs from dusk till dawn. couldn't sleep from the frogs noise.

I think its a disadvantage having 4 people share a tiny bathroom. I disliked that parking is along the main road and not within the walls on the property. It's not sound proof as I could hear everything happening on the outside. Its difficult to keep the blinds opened as it's surrounded by homes and the residents see right through the apartment, thus it lacked privacy. It wasn't the best for the ocassion we were celebrating but for something else, it may be perfect!

The place was well equiped and close to the town itself, so it made movements quite easy. It's perfect for someone who doesn't require much privacy. Maybe for just a quick visit, business meeting or catch some football games, it's perfect.

Spacious, convenient, and clean. Parking right outside the gate, close to restaurants and beach. The view from the room is amazing. Host is very responsive if any questions arise. When I return to St Lucia this is going to be where I choose stay again.

We got welcome drinks! The location is perfect! 1 Minute walk to the beach, bars and activities. Also a 10 minutes drive to the mud baths, botanical gardens and waterfalls. The appartment and its rooms are spacious. Parking is hard, but so is parking in most volcanic Caribbean islands. The price is amazing. The view of the pittons is better here than that of the expensive resorts nearby. All in all 10/10 reccommend!
