My stay at Victoria was great! I was in Tripoli for 5 days and needed a quiet and cozy place to start my morning and to spend the night. The room was spacious and comfortable, and most importantly, clean. Their breakfast offering was diverse that it filled the whole table. It's the perfect lebanese breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is hard to get to as the hotel sits in an alleyway, but they do offer a much needed parking spot. The highlight of my stay at Victoria were the staff. They are very friendly, especially Christy and Jawad, they did not refuse a request and were very helpful. I would really recommend staying here if you're in Tripoli and looking for a nice boutique hotel.

Our stay was wonderful - the staff were friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. It was helpful to have a private parking spot and the mattresses were super comfortable. Since it was our first stay, they upgraded our room for free and gave us a sweet parting gift when we checked out. The garden is so peaceful and upon first entering the grounds you can smell the sweet orange trees and jasmine in the air. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

Definitely would be easier to be able to drive and rent a car in Mina. The bar staff need more experience in English. Definitely bring cash ready

I felt so welcome by Hessen at reception nothing was too much trouble! This hotel is gorgeous and has such a nice history. I felt very safe as a female lone traveller. The breakfast was to die for 😍 there was so much food ! Very accomodating managers thank you Christy for your hospitality! I will definitely be back and book this hotel again. Shower was perfect, the room so serene lots of space to lounge. Thank you to the housekeepers everywhere was always clean and tidy. Location of the hotel was good not too far from shops and restaurants

The overall experience was excellent, the hotel is perfectly located near the port area and very close to all attractions in the city, 5 minutes from old souks and Tripoli Castle, the staff were amiable and willing to go the extra miles to help. Breakfast was very good, rooms are clean and parking is available for hotel guest. Definitely we will come again.

It's not great value for the money. Despite booking a deluxe room, it felt somewhat small.

The staff were incredibly friendly! If I choose to stay there again, it will definitely be because of them.

Eveything Staff so frindly , i feel like i am with my family Always smiling , they run to help , serve me , they pay attention to any small details , supervisor and staff so kind , they make celerbration for me and my fiance for free and offering the place to take photos , clean , tidy , organized, professional, the most important thing they are so cute and helpful, nothing be late , just once i asked sth , they responfd and take action immediately, i feel shy from their kindess , first time i am writing review for hotel bcz no one deserve, but this hotel awesome I love them , hat off

-Noise from rooftop probably due to installation of Solar Panels that disrupted baby sleep. -Wifi keeps disconnecting every while that I missed calls -Asked for a couple of tea bags and sugar sackets but turned down (Although it was midnight, yet I wasn't asking for dinner, just was carving for a cup of tea) -View overlooks rooftops of other buildings - Elevator barely fits a stroller
