Everything is accurate, and this is indeed the right place.

Nothing really

The property is located in an area that is very quiet. It is also near some restaurants and shops, so I didn't have to go far to get extra things that I needed. It also has a pool and a beautiful view from the rooftop. I love this place and plan on staying again.

I liked the convenient location, the rooms are clean and quiet, the beds are really comfortable. Plus, the wifi was excellent for my meetings, especially with the conference room available it was great.

-extremly clean and large room -rooftop pool (kids loved it) -bedding is very but very comfortable wow! -loved the style and modern amenities -kitchen available on the floor (is a plus) -washing on the floor (is a bonus) and ask for a drying rack, the friendly staff will be pleased to provide you with one. (this was a +++ for me) -parking! -location is the heart of beirut

-super clean -rooftop pool -modern and large room -very clean and large bathroom -very comfortable bedding -safe -location is perfect center to all attractions to visit -a kitchen was available on the room floor and that was very well thought off -a washing machine was available on the same floor and literally a sec from the room, this was a bonus (loved this)

This is my fifth time staying at Tilia Hotel, and it remains my favorite. The rooms are always spotless, and the staff are truly amazing. I always enjoy my stays here!

This was my third visit to this hotel, and it keeps winning me over. The viewing deck offers a peaceful perch to soak in the cityscape, while the workout facilities and pool are top-notch—perfect for unwinding or energizing, depending on your mood. Nestled just far enough from Beirut’s bustling traffic, the hotel strikes a perfect balance: close to stunning landmarks and mouthwatering restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I loved being able to stroll to local markets and a nearby shopping mall without ever needing a taxi. The continental breakfast was a daily highlight—plenty of delicious choices, and the staff crafted espresso drinks exactly to my liking. It felt personal, not just polished. I’m particular about air conditioning, and this place delivers. I could set it to a cool 18°C, making sleep effortless even in the summer heat. One of the underrated perks? The guests. Every time I’ve stayed, I’ve met polite, interesting travelers. It’s the kind of place that attracts thoughtful people, and that makes the atmosphere feel even more refined.

The conference room was a great bonus, allowing me to work comfortably and hold all my meetings with ease. My room was spotless, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the outdoor swimming pool offered a stunning view. Overall, it was a wonderful and seamless experience.

Honestly, I was blown away! I didn’t expect the pool to be this amazing, and the view… just wow. The staff were so polite, answered right away when I called, and brought me everything I asked for. Thank you for such a beautiful stay .

The hotel reception works 24h, which was convenient as I arrrived late, they provided me with taxi from the airport included in the price. The room was clean, AC working, staff nice and helpful. There was fridge working as mentioned in the desription of the room

The room was quite small with all the furniture and there was almost no place to put luggage or walk around. The bathroom did not have any shelf to put stuff on.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The staff were welcoming and kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful location created a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved the spacious rooms with plenty of cupboards for storage. The large balcony, along with the stunning terrace and pool, offered perfect spots to unwind, while the view from the terrace was absolutely extraordinary. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a wide variety of machines and equipment. The kitchen, complete with tools and a washing machine, and the 24-hour air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.

One small suggestion would be to provide a “house cleaning” or “do not disturb” sign for the door, which would help housekeeping know our preference without having to knock.

Absolutely nothing

location is good

Needs maintenance and upgrades for everything to work smoothly. The door locks. The ACs. The WiFi. The electric plugs. Many small inconveniences. Yes the staff are lovely, but at the end of the day, a person is paying for a functional comfortable room.

The pool is wonderful

Honestly, everything was perfect. The team here treats you like family, and the place is spotless. We left with big smiles

It was clean

Staff members were a bit rude and not willing to help. The room missed the slippers and they didn’t provide one when we asked for one. Breakfast was less than average.
