Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. To top it off, they even upgraded our room without us having to ask — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.

Being centrally situated made it convenient for me to explore various attractions, shops, and dining options without having to travel far. It truly enhanced my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I was particularly impressed with the cozy rooms. They provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of activities. Cleanliness is always a priority for me, and the housekeeping staff maintains an impressive standard in this regard. Additionally, the friendliness and professionalism of staff did not go unnoticed. Their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere of the hotel. It is clear the customer service is a priority for the team. The breakfast was excellent, with a good mix of oriental and international options. The room was exactle as shown in website and was clean, comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location near down town and attractive area with great security and safety. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
