I had such a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They really listened to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay, which made all the difference. The room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. Everything felt clean and inviting from the moment I walked in. The location was also great, making it easy to get around and explore. The rooms were spacious and with all amenities. They even had a service where they provided razors or toothbrushes for free if you forgot to bring! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Amira was amazing and helped us when we had a health issue always with kindness and her beautiful smile!

The hotel is in the perfect location with all the best restaurants and cafes and clubs etc , and is clean and tidy and has everything you need . The stand out was however the service we received from all the staff but in particular Amira at the front desk. She is absolutely wonderful in every way. Sweet, kind and did everything she could to accomodate all our requests. We felt so at home we extended twice , and she made it seamless and easy. Thank you Amira for your amazing service . We have stayed at 3 hotels over the last month and this by far was the best experience because of you.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect. It has old furniture but clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and you will be super lucky if Amira at the front desk helps you, she is the best.

With their genuine attentiveness, I can barely think of anything we didn’t like.

A- The warm welcome from the staff, along with their genuine attentiveness and sincere commitment to ensuring a wonderful stay for guests, is clearly apparent. B- The hotel’s location makes it very convenient to explore Beirut on foot. It serves as a central point connecting downtown Beirut, Phoenicia Street, the bay, and the city at large. C- When it comes to breakfast, this hotel ranks among the top options (if not the very best), catering to those who wish to start their day fully prepared and with a variety of choices. D- This hotel does not solely depend on its location for exceptional food and beverage experiences; in fact, the hotel’s offerings are noteworthy. Breakfast featured an appealing selection of Lebanese, Mediterranean, and French cuisines. Items such as cheese, yogurt, jams, Zaatar, and others were attractively arranged and flavorful. The pastries, bread, cakes, and croissants were unmistakably fresh and delightful.

This is my second time and wont be my last time definitely, I really enjoy my stay at this place the hospitality and the customer support is the best! I was planning to go from the 14th until 19th of June but due to unforeseen political situation happened around the region they were so helpful and changed my booking to an alternative date. All the staff are amazing Paul, Ahmad, Hicham, Amin and Amira, sorry if I forgot any other name but all of them are amazing. Thanks for the hospitality.
