Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A bit old and some things were missing like toilet cover seat, sofas in living room need cleaning and tv channels are limited, also the internet limited
Staff was very friendly , Ali gave us an upgrade, with sea view suite, they changed the microwave as the one in the room was not working. Good location, close to pharmacy, restaurants and other stores. Not a very noisy street. We felt comfortable. Breakfasts was tasty

LebanonTill now, Ive been to this hotel three times, each time in a different room. It really is a hit or miss. One room had squeaky beds and an AC that was going to fall off, the other was absolutely perfect in all aspects. Its very common to have burnt lightbulbs and midly damp smells in rooms, but again its a huge hit or miss. In many occasions for instance are the curtains broken or theres no toilet seat or theres a water leak.

TurkeyI upgraded the reservation to get a suite. There is, no slippers. There is nothing in the kitchen, not even water. I came tired from traveling and I don’t know any market. I thought there would be water at least. Or at least mini bar The internet is slow and the TV is old.
The staff is excellent, their treatment is very comfortable and they provide me with help and advice. The hotel has a nice location in the center of Beirut. The prices are good compared to the services. The hotel is quiet and its rooms are well-ventilated.
