Because of the time of the year I noticed some facilities are not available. This could have been mentioned as part of the service description. For example, no pool facilities available, section of the menu and food is not available. Etc…

Amazing property -Can visit it with friends, alone or with your partner. the suite is a must try and offering an immersive experience that allows you to take in the mountain view and fresh air. Truly amazing! Great service. The team addresses an incident we had quickly and ensured that their guests remain satisfied. The hotel team is friendly, supportive, professional and prompt. Restaurant food (Ni) is really good, healthy balanced breakfast with a wide variety of options. Croissants are freshly made and taste delicious! The Restaurant and Area Manager took really good care of us and addressed the feedback we had given instantly.

The service was fantastic and the spa experience was great thank to the very talented massage therapists. The finishes of the hotel were high quality, making for a true luxury resort. And the pool was perfect!

We were a bit sad that the indoor pool was not heated, but the staff were kind to explain it's because it was off season.

We loved our stay, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The room was even better than we thought, with a beautiful view, extremely clean and comfortable. The spa is really good, we loved the couples massage and one of the best price-quality in Lebanon. The food from the room service was 5 stars and again, incredible price-quality. The breakfast was even better, the best hotel breakfast we ever had.

The walls are a little thin so you could hear the next room. It didn’t bother us but I think we bothered some of our neighbors. Otherwise everything was beautiful.

As great as our experienced was, little problems still occurred. After shutting off every radiator in our room, our room remained insanely hot. I enjoy heat but this was uncomfortable. The shower head would not hold while on. Therefore, holding the shower head while rinsing was necessary. The toilet was running all night or could not properly flush all the way and the bathroom was leaking water on a large part of the floor. We could not figure where? Also, a kettle with coffee in the room was offered, however not tea. I found this strange being the tea drinker I am. I was unable to enjoy a hot cup of tea when waking up. Finally, the breakfast was suitable but not up to par with the hotel level. Over all great experience and I believe factoring these comments and focusing on attention to details. This hotel has great potential in being the best in the area. Good luck...

The in door pool and spa were fantastic. Staff was very friendly. The classic room was very big in size. Modern room and an amazing view. The furniture and design were new and not run down. Amenteties were great. Will definitely stay again.

The staff seemed mostly like young recruits from neighbouring villages and didn't really care about customer service issues (broken lift - no sign- staff just shrugged).

Excellent gym and location within walking distance to a nice winery with its own restaurant.
