Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our daily live DJ by the pool offers beautiful vibes and is not clubbing style. For guests seeking peace, we also have quiet zones away from the music. As with most resorts, some services are chargeable, and we always aim to be transparent. Regarding room charges, our rates are based on double occupancy. Each room type has a specific maximum capacity, and for each additional guest, "adult or child," a fee of $30 per night is applied. This charge includes breakfast, full access to the pool and beach, and a folding bed to ensure comfort during your stay. Concerning daytime visitors, we’ve noticed that many do use our facilities during their visit. As such, a $30 entry fee is applied before 6 PM. Please note that access policies differ between weekdays and weekends, with weekends requiring stricter control to manage crowd levels and maintain guest experience. Regarding the sensor lighting in the bathroom, these systems are installed to help us reduce energy consumption in line with our sustainability goals.
