I had exceptional stay at Batroun and loved the chalet which was the perfect choice. Enjoyed the sunset and early morning with stunning Sea view❤️. The resort and this chalet is renovated and well maintained. And the host is professional available for any inquiry. Will definitely book it again 😁.

Really exceptional, the balcony with sea view is amazing and unforgettable. Very Clean, comfortable in the best location in Batroun. If you looking to have some relaxing time enjoying beach and swimming pools, this chalet is your best choice.

Nothing all was really great.

The chalet was extremely good, renovated, very clean and comfortable. Everything is available at chalet from kitchen wares to washing machine and etc…. The sea view from the chalet was really wawww and the best thing is the location of the chalet which is perfect beside most interesting points and restaurants in Batroun. It was excellent stay, I stayed at Batroun a lot but that was the best choice.

There was a wedding on Saturday night at a neighbouring resort. This meant lots of fireworks which scared my daughter and kept her up way past her bedtime crying hysterically. This is obviously not the owners fault and it might actually be a nice experience watching fireworks from an ocean view balcony.. All in all, a great time was had and we will most definitely be back.

Great location. Walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Chalet is cosy and perfect for a mini getaway. Cot was provided on request and daughter slept great each night. AC in both lounge and bedroom; was able to keep bedroom a/c off and let cool air from lounge filter into the room where daughter slept. Stairway access to resort pool. Balcony gets a great amount of morning sun. Perfect spot to sit and watch the ocean. No room service or servicing but was not needed due to location and room amenities. WiFi and smart TV were an excellent addition, as I was able to connect YouTube and Netflix to entertain toddler during room time.

The chalet was very clean, and the check-in and out were very easy. There are blant of restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. So much to see Batroun's old town or souq. Enjoyed

Great location, nice pool, security staff helpful and friendly and a clean room with a helpful landlord.

We couldn't swim because the pool was very dirty, and they hadn't cleaned it,  even though they were still accepting guests. Maintenance was disruptive, and we had to clean our room. There was an electricity problem from 2 am to 1 pm, but the reception couldn't help as we'd booked through a third party. The owner didn't respond either. Parking was problematic, and there were no facilities to access the rocky sea. No safety personnel were available at the pool or sea for assistance."

i up every morning on noises of screwdriver and maintenance was very poor I booked 3 nights I only stayed for one night and booked in another Hotel one of my worst experience ever

The bathroom was tiny and had no shower door or curtain. The floor did not slope to the drain, but they provide a long handled squidgy to push the water to the drain !! One towel per person only ! No housekeeping service. No elevator - we were on the third floor. The room had a kitchenette, but the hot plates did not work & were rusty. The pool side bar was closed. No laundry room. No towels provided for pool area.

The swimming pool was fabulous. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Plenty of umbrellas for shade and lots of loungers. View from room was great. The room was very clean. The A/C worked great. Reception staff very helpful calling taxis & tuk tuks for us. A drying rack was provided to put out on the balcony for swimsuits, towels etc. Free Wifi, helpful as our phones did not work but we could keep in touch via facebook messenger & what's app. Short walk to grocery store for essentials. Security on the front gate a bit intimidating at first, but once they knew we were guests, I found their diligence reassuring.

Nothing everything is great!

The chalet is very new well decorated and comfortable. I enjoyed the sea view and had great day at Aqualand swimming pools and at Colonail brewery beach which has access from Aqualand Resort. Its very clean and the host is a great person who is available 24 hrs. Thanks for everything.
