The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a wonderfully contemporary and, at the same time, comfortable feel. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and sea view. The room was spacious and had a lovely big window which gave great views of the town and the sea. Everything was very clean. Parking was also available on-site. Special thanks to the hotel owner/manager Claire Khalife for her excellent 5 star service.

Claire was extremely lovely, giving us recommendations in the area and adding a personal touch. There was accessible parking at the property and it is a 3 minute drive to Byblos souk which is lovely at all hours of the day. It is also 20 minutes away from Jounieh, which is a great area full of amazing restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean and they were sure to cater to all our needs. I will most definitely be staying at Byblostar when I return to Lebanon.

Friendly welcome, The staff is very nice and helpful. We as family get a free upgrade, they did everything to make us satisfied. The room was very large an clean with a sea view. The hotel have a good location, near to the highway and downtown. Parking under the hotel is for free. There are no words to describe the friendliness of Claire and her daughter. Thank you for your hospitality, we definitely come back.

The hotel is very nice, 20 mins walking distance from old souq,they can also provide a toktok to take u there as well.. Staff was super friendly, claire the owner in particular was very helpful in anything extra needed or guidance wen asked..wld definitely stay there again. Breakfast was huge and very flexible in timing as well.

The hotel owner is such a kind helpful cooperative lady who manages the hotel with her daughter. We have been upgraded to a deluxe one bedroom apartment the minute we arrived. The owner herself offered us a ride by her private car to go to the old town area and guided us to restaurants and shops in Jbeil. Thank you Mrs Claire for making our stay that pleasant and comfortable. Hope to come again

There are no words so intense to describe the beauty of this hotel and the friendliness of Claire. It has been a plethoric stay. Room with beautiful views, very comfortable bed. But I insist: the hotel is very beautiful. The glass dome allows a very pleasant interior lighting. At night, if there is a full moon (as it was in my case) the picture is incredible; as if you were inside a palace. Thanks, Claire. Thanks, Byblos.

everything was perfect from the staff ( specially pia ) she recommended alot of locations and restaurants that were amazing and outstanding and the breakfast was always great and they even did a special breakfast plate to my 1 year old toddler which she loved so much , the owner is very kind and they had a minor issue with the generator which we did not even notice until they appologized about it alot which was totally unnecessary as we enjoyed every bit of staying there , there is a big parking space also underground which was easily accessible ,, simply amazing stay .
