I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Batroun. The place was very clean, and the interior design was both stylish and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The furniture was freshly washed and ready to use, and all the appliances were in good condition and served their purpose perfectly. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the old souk, the beach area, grocery stores, and various shops. Everything we needed was close by. Service was smooth and quick, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Batroun!

Great location, close to a free parking area and a short walk to all Batroun attractions and restaurants. Good value for money! Staff are helpful. I just hated the tiny bathroom and shower area.

The entrance to the building can be better maintained. Since I was alone I was a bit worried at the beginning, because the corridor that leads to the entrance door is very lonely, and it felt weird in the dark. It is the first time i sleep in batroun and i am not sure about safety and security. But then I noticed the security people watching over the house which was almost facing the building, it made me feel very safe.

Very clean, neat and spacious and the location is top because close to everything. The security watching over the house in front of your building are very comforting, because in the dark the street is a bit lonely.

The apartment was great and fully prepared, electricity was 24/7, hot water heater was the best, and you even get a key for the buildings gate in case you want to come back late!! Otherwise the location of the apartment was perfect, in the middle of the souk as written in the prescription, near everything.you won't even need a car. Best experience ever. Must try!

No Electricity, no AC , and no lights Unfortunately, I faced a major issue during my stay, as there was a complete electricity outage that was never fixed throughout the entire period, despite my repeated attempts to contact you without receiving any response. This situation caused me significant psychological and emotional distress, in addition to financial losses, as I was forced to leave the property late at night and secure an alternative apartment at my own expense. In light of the above, I requested a full refund of the amount paid, as the essential conditions agreed upon were not met and the basic service of electricity was not provided. I look forward to your prompt response. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to take the necessary legal actions to protect my rights.

Nothing to lie about this property gives you anxiety that’s disgusting. I couldn’t get my luggage’s up the stairs no elevator.

This property is like a horror movie entrance with no elevator doors broken. It’s a very disgusting inside and dirty. pillows the toilet very very small no lights Unacceptable.

Not clean enough, especially the bathroom and the furniture, power turned off because I used the hair dryer, turns out I overcharged it! And lastly, the internet is off all night and somehow comes back automatically in the morning.
