What's obviously lacking is the obligatory seasoning condiments at the table such as fine salt and pepper.

The breakfast, albeit small in variety, is of rather high quality, changes its menu daily and especially underlines culinary skills of the chef and fresh produce each day such as several types of fruit and sweet desserts. It is greatly delectable.

Asked for a taxi from airport to pick me up; confirmed a price and time, no one came to airport, than got to the room and the bedding was dirty with stains, than to think I will give it another go to get taxi and car didn’t turn on. Not a great impression

Pool wasn’t clean for the first few days we were there and no lounging space around the pool. Also a hostel, common spaces are busy.

The water is the shower was warm at best. The hotel is located in an alley and wouldn’t want to walk down alone late at night

The lady on reception was lovely and happy to help. Housekeeping was friendly. Fantastic location within walking distance of night market, temples and restaurants. Room was clean and very comfortable bed. Eggs for breakfast were cooked fresh - scrambled, fried or omelette.

Good vibe at this place, a few folk partying by the poolside. The lift was great for guest with accessible needs. The staff were accommodating & family helpful.

Rooms were small and we had no window. The bathroom was smelly and the floors were dirty. The pillows we were given had a rancid smell and we had to change them out. One of the pillows we were exchanged still had the smell.

The check-in time took very long. The staff was nice, but he did not seem to know what he was doing. With the hot weather, I was so tired waiting.

The first thing I like about the hotel is the location. It is in the main centre and close to shops and everything. The room had air conditioning. I don't quite remember the bed, but I think it was quite comfy.

Good hotel. I stayed in a private room for one night and, although it had no windows, it was clean, the bed was really comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well. The bathroom was a little dated, but had everything I needed. The swimming pool is nice, and the bar area downstairs was pretty good too. The free breakfast wasn't great - a slightly sad buffet with a dodgy toaster, although they did cook your eggs to order! I also booked bus tickets to Thakhek through the hotel, and that worked pretty well.

I only stayed one night before going to the airport. It was in a good location. I felt the bathrooms could’ve been cleaner! Otherwise, can’t complain for a one night experience. The room has lockers to put your luggage so that’s great. There are no locks on the bedroom doors.

Liked the Location It was more hostel than hotel except we had a private room. The staff seemed unfriendly but more relaxed after a couple of day’s. Breakfast was limited and the toaster only worked on 1.5 slots. Why not buy another toaster.
