The woman who worked at reception was fantastic! She was very helpful in arranging things or offering suggestions. I really appreciated her kindness! Also, the hotel is right in front of a great restaurant with many delicious food choices. Very convenient location!

Very good stay. Our host was very kind and during checkin we got a thorough explanation of the different places we could go to and thing we could see. Breakfast was delicious. You can rent a scooter with them, it's better since they keep your passport (in Laos you can't cash deposit) in the hotel instead of giving it to some random rental store.

It was no fault of the hotel but the street was under construction making it muddy.

Breakfast, the room. And most of all the manager, Jessica. Her son, little Tom, was a very respectful and well brought up boy.

Great Location, 5 min walk to night market and general bars restaurants area. Jessica was extremely helpful for our entire stay advising us on the best restaurants and sight seeing activities.

Traditional furniture resembling Lao style, big rooms and excellent location at a quiet street. Most importantly very helpful and friendly staff - Jessica was responsive, accommodated my schedule change, helped with bookings of tours and provided excellent tips about the city!

Jessica (the receptionist/manager) was very friendly and very helpful. She arranged a tour for us and transfers to the railway station.The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. All in all, excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was exceptional. Ms. Jessica, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and delicious. Also, it is a reasonable walking distance to the main street in the city center. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to that city. (There is nothing that I disliked about the place.)

Great place to base and breakfast was great! The only thing I would recommend is changing the AC, it was cold but do make some noise. Bring earplug if you are light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Vongprachan. Jessica, the hotel manager was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a great bonus. So close to the night market and shops with a lovely restaurant across the road. Highly recommend!
