Everything is ok, bed is comfortable clean, wifi works very well,

They installed a new door to the bathroom, the hot water and air conditioning work well.

Scenic location with a lot of nature

We booked 2 days here and ended up staying 3 more nights. The hotel just 5 min walk from the center, 2 min from famous restaurants, the staff are very nice and funny,

It is in a very quiet area of the town, good arrangements of 2 days boat tour.

I love this place very much, the people are very friendly, the scenery is peaceful, in the early morning I went for a walk around the hotel garden.

Clean hotel with riverside seating, staff are always welcoming and helpful, my girlfriend had a stomachache they gave her medicine and mixed her water, thank you very much.

In front of our room was a beautiful flower trees and mountains, we read on the reviews that the bathroom had no door but when we arrived they installed a door, the staff were very helpful.

The room is small but very clean, the hotel is next to the river, they have a restaurant for guests to sit and watch the river but unfortunately in low season they do not serve breakfast

We went to Nongkhiaw on rainy days, but they helped us take a boat to Muongngoi and back in the day. The room is simple but it is the countryside, the staff is very nice

The hotel is located next to the river, the rooms are quiet and clean, with air conditioning and fans.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They organized tours for us very reasonably. Especially, they helped us book tickets to Vietnam. The car was very good.

Good location on the riverside street (no view). Close walk to restaurants and hikes. Triple room had enough space with good fans and aircon.

The restaurant that was talked about in the reviews did not exist (maybe because it was start of off season?). There was a building but that was the managers kitchen and hang out spot - not clean and welcoming for guests as shown in the photos. Shower room had no door, toilet room only had a plastic curtain. No kettle in the room even though it was advertised to have one. Squeaky beds. Thin walls.
