The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The little garden and plants around the house make it really peaceful and quiet. The staff is really kind and always available if you have any questions or specific needs. The location is great ! It is in the best part of the city, close to the temples and attractions but away from the noise of the city. Very peaceful.

The lighting in the room can be improved. It's a dimly lit room, especially during the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all my questions, helped with bicycle rental and taxi to the airport and just generally nice to talk to. They were also very patient when I couldn't pay my hotel fee at check-in (card problems) and had to pay in cash on a later day. Beautiful yard and very good location in general. Very quiet except a few mangos dropping on the roof every now and then. (Although that meant, that I got offered some fresh mango 😋)

The room was lovely. High ceilings, wooden floor. The night market is about 10 to 13 minutes walk. Everything works smoothly in the hotel. The breakfast is good as well. Simple and nice Staff are very courteous and friendly. The room is cleaned every day. Main location. Walking distance to everywhere.

Beautiful heritage property, very spacious room, good choice of breakfast included. Our host was very welcoming and had helped us organise transfers to and from Nong Khiaw before we even arrived. We absolutely loved our stay! The property has a beautiful courtyard, spacious rooms and is located in a peaceful part of town, a short walk from the busy nightlife. Sin and Tan were incredible hosts—so welcoming and attentive. They arranged reliable and affordable transportation for us and assisted us with several other requests. They truly went above and beyond, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again!

La and Tan were phenomenal staff members. La helped organise much of our transport which was very smooth and seamless. The room was comfortable and a great location, a few steps from the main street. Tasty breakfast, and could organise bike rental and laundry easily. Would stay again on a trip to Luang Prabang.

Great location nice and quiet (except for monk gongs), rooms are very nice and staff are very helpful going extra mile when required. Night market is only a 10 minute walk. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

everything is really nice. As the hotel is the old style house which is part of the Unesco world heritage area, you can here other rooms especially upstairs room when they are walking on the wooden floor. I am a deep sleeper, so it is ok for me. but if you are not, maybe you have to use the earplug or something to help you sleep with the noise. However, most of the guests are aware of this, so they are trying to keep the voice low at night.

The location is awesome as it is close to the famous Xieng Thong temple and the Mekhong River. there are many restaurants, cafe and small shops around. It is very quiet in that area most of the time. the staff is very nice and helpful. we didnt book for breakfast but they gave us as complimentary ! we stayed at the room downstairs so, it is very spacious, the bed is so nice and comfy especially this weather. it is quite cold at night, we asked for the extra blanket, and it helps. we enjoyed the time here so much!

La and Mr Sin went out of their way to look after us. The location was good, near to the Mekong and a tributary, and extremely quiet. A nice walk into the old town. Very much liked the cold drinking water that was available. Lovely courtyard with fishpond

The floorboards are super creaky and make a lot of noise! We initially had a bottom floor room but the noise was too much so we asked to swap but then you have to be super careful and wary when walking around which isn’t ideal.

The staff were absolutely lovely and definitely the best part of the stay - they were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The location is great as only a short walk from the night market and lots of great restaurants! The breakfast was also great if you are considering this option.

This small boutique hotel is located in a fantastic, walking-friendly area of Luang Prabang. The rooms are beautiful with high ceilings, wood floors, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is simple but delicious with offerings of omelets, scrambled eggs, sandwiches, cereal, fruits, coffee, and juice. However, the BEST part of our stay was the husband and wife team that run this hotel. They are kind, patient, and service oriented. The owner (Sinn) went above and beyond for us, helping us with many planning logistics. We could never thank him enough for his kindness and patience. We would 100% recommend staying here while in Luang Prabang. ❤️

There are some issues with plumbing which leads to the bathroom smelling a bit unpleasant but our wonderful guests have been helpful and quick to respond about this. Maybe try to seek the root cause of the problem to avoid having the same issues again in the future.

The overall vibe of the place is superb. The rooms are really fancy and clean. I don’t know why it’s not fully booked. It’s great for its value. The HOSTS!!!! Super kind and helpful and very patient.
