Nice and cosy rooms. Very good WiFi and good breakfast. Big pool where you can relax and of course swim. Close to restaurants but little bit more far from the city center, max 10 min walking. Very helpful and friendly manager and staff of the hotel. Can recommend for the future!

Andy was exceptional in delivering good service and ensured we had a nice stay at the hotel! He answered to all our query and offeres different services such as motorbike rental, money exchange, tours, and many more. I recommend staying at this hotel since it got everything and will help you do everything you want in Vang Vieng!

The shower's power was too strong or can be improved.

The welcome is friendly and empathetic. Quiet. Clean. Close to the train station and the city center. Good restaurant across the street. Airport and train station shuttle. Thanks to the gentleman at reception who finds solutions to all questions and to the two charming young women. I will be back.

MASSIVE pool!! Very kind staff both at breakfast and front desk. We had all our onward travel sorted by them

The bathroom was a little bit dirty in some areas

Staff were very friendly and they were helpful to arrange tours and bus to our next destination

The WiFi in the room was very spotty but the owner did try to fix this and it improved slightly

Good hotel to stay in when visiting Vang Vieng. 10-15 minutes walk from the center, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is also very good. The staff is great, especially the manager who is really nice and accommodating! Thank you!

They wrote in booking that they are 400 m from the center. This is not true. They are 1.5 km from the center. Also my first nught there was heavy smoke smell in my room. and the windows didnt close well since they were old.

The front dest person Andy was very kind and helpful: 5 stars for him.

Staff are very accommodating by assisting us on our Van transfer from Vientienne to Vang Vieng. Also he is gooing in speaking english. Staff are helpful too, i just forget the name of the staff.

Not well located. Far from the tourist area. Near the river there are a lot more good international restaurants. Too big: 40 rooms, but not very noisy. They booked me a tour with a company that safely is not their priority

Andy at the reception can organize everything and anything for you and gives excellent advice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel was clean and the personnel was very friendly; I even got a bicycle to use (for free) during my stay. There was a big pool at the back where you could see the mountains.

The hotel was somewhat outdated, definitely not a 4-star hotel as in booking.com, I would give max. 2 stars. The location was a bit far from the centre, then again it was walking distance to the bus station (10min) and railway station (30min) and by bike really not a problem.

Very good place. We plan to sleep 1 night but finally slept 2 nights thanks to the place. Room was cleaned. AC + fan. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Very cool swimming pool of 16 meters with a speaker. The best for me is the people. First Andy, the receptionist. Very helpful, he gives you all the advices you need, takes time and is flexible. The owner spent some time with us at the swimming pool, offer us some fruits, we played with her kids. For their kindness and the global experience with them, I give a 5 stars with big pleasure. I highly recommend you to go there. Only 15 min from the city center. Easy to do by walk. And in the front you have a good local restaurant with fair price and nice taste.

Good breakfast. Nice pool. Good location if you want to have silence. Receptionist is very nice guy, speaks good English. You can book a tour with him. Wifi worked okay.

Cheap price and helpful staff who organised bus and motorbike rental. Free breakfast of eggs sweet toast,fruit and coffee.

The bathroom was a bit flooded but it was ok for the price.

Andy the manager was fantastic and I am pretty sure he is the reason why the ratings of this place are so high. The facility and all are a hard 7. Andy is a 12 and should get a raise

Rooms are good and clean with aircon. The Hotel also has a swimming pool and breakfast with lots of fresh fruit is included. The best about this place is the nice owner Andy, he helped us with everything, booked our train tickets and even arranged a cheap drive from the train station to the city in Luang Prabang.
