Absolutely stunning location on the lake with sunset views. Comfortable and modern room and big terrace! We loved watching the water buffalo on the nearby islands. You can use the kayaks for free. The staff were great too.

What a fantastic oasis of serenity. Immaculately clean bungalow right on water front, friendly helpful staff and service, nice food restaurant. Only 6 bungalows so feels like you have the lake to tourself Loved everything so much extended our stay It is remote... But that's the beauty of it ... Bring supplies if you like lots of snacks etc . Rooms have fridges. Free kayaks lovely clean pool

This hotel was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the lake that made our stay so peaceful and enjoyable. We had a small issue when we first arrived but it was resolved quickly by the amazing staff.

The staff were so friendly and kind and very attentive. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. They speak very good English so it was very easy to communicate. The location is very quiet and far away from everything but for us it was perfect to have a couple of days to rest and relax. We used the kayaks to explore the lake which was so fun. Food was delicious and they adapted the menu for us as we are vegetarian. The family who run the resort work really hard to make sure the site is kept clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay again!

It was 45 mins from vang vieng which is fine but there is no way of getting there other than a taxi which is 450000 kip one way. We were going to take the bus from the nearest village ( 15 min walk) but the bus runs in the morning only to vang vieng and back and apparently can change its course so not really sure where it would drop us off so we took the taxi option to be certain we knew where we would be dropped off. Basically would definitely visit again but knowing the bus service times and exactly the spots where it would pick you up and drop you off would be a huge bonus.

It was so peaceful. Good views despite burning season. Staff were so lovely. Food was good and had a small restaurant on site. Was very relaxing.

The bedding could use a bit of improvement with a nicer and more comfortable Mattres and sheets/ blankets. My fiancé also was in need of a blow dryer.

The beautiful view and cozy and private surroundings. The attentiveness and professional attention provided constantly by the two brothers who own this property. They were very accommodating and patient and supportive with each of our requests.

There are quite a few bugs, in and around the room - which is to be expected. I think the hotel could invest in some incense bug repellant things so you can sit outside in the evening. The conversion from dollars (on booking) to Kip was around 100kip more than the recent exchange rate we received from our banks.

The view from our hut was absolutely beautiful! The sunset was amazing. You can also use the kayaks on the lake for free!!! Which we did twice!

Can eat at site , that is not an option considering the location extremely remote. However, at the dinner time, the place was fully occupied by a group of 8 people acting as if they had privatised the whole place, cooking barbecue, occupying the whole place in the restaurant area, with a noisy portable sound equipment. I was obliged to go eat in my room instead of enjoying eating at the restaurant.

Excellent location by Nam Ngum Lake. The place is quiet and nice for the view, notably at sunset. The bungalow is comfortable enough, with a terrase facing the lake. Can provide a boat excusrsion on the lake. Provide canoe to freely enjoy lake boating.

This place is a dream! We really wanted to escape from the city to a nice quiet spot and we couldn’t get any better than this. The view is outstanding, the rooms are great, simple, comfortable and nice, the staff is fantastic! I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway. We also got an amazing boat tour during the sunset which was lovely, also the food is delicious! Get the bbq fish

Stayed 4 nights and breakfast options bored a bit last days (default sandwich with egg and some fresh fruit). Further there is no daily housekeeping.

Resort offers spacious comfortable bungalows with large terrace viewing the lake. Terrace (and rest of resort) really offers stunning views! Free kayaks can be used to explore the lake further.

Beautiful location, very friendly and accomodating staff, the room was very clean with great decor and the one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The view over the lake is stunning. Breakfast is simple but nice. The food on offer for lunch and dinner was delicious and very affordable. I'd only recommend staying 1-3 nights as there is nothing to do except kayak (which are available for free), lounge by the pool and relax.

The venue only accepts cash payments. The closest ATM is about a 20min walk if you don't have a scooter.

We loved the peace and quiet after Vang Vieng. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice! We especially appreciated the free kayaks. The Lake's water level was at a decent level even though it was dry season.

Beautiful spacious bungalow with a lovely private terrace to relax on. Very friendly staff and manager. Great pool and it was even possible to use the kayaks for free. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
