A beautiful property in excellent condition

There’s construction work just opposite to the hotel. Not their fault, but they start working at 7:30 and workers play loud music to motivate themselves. We adapted accordingly and went to sleep early and got up early.

Nicest staff you could ever find, beautiful hotel with lots of details. Idillic swimming pool, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, walking distance to the main streets but away from traffic. A real hidden gem.

There was no TV in the room.

The staff was amazing. Very hospitable. The shower had good pressure, breakfast was very good (you could customize it every day for the next day). We had the room 222 and we also had a good balcony. The location was amazing, walking distance from everything. Airport transfer by the hotel was also nice.

The breakfast could have been better - the croissants were a bit dry it was like they were reheated in the microwave

The whole set up was beautifully done, it felt very intimate and cosy like you had the whole place to yourself. Loved that we could use bikes and the staff was very obliging

Everything was so lovely - the design of the accommodation, the staff (who were the loveliest!), the breakfast, the rooms and all the attention to care and detail that was provided. The property is beautiful and I would recommend it and stay here again!

Disliked · nothing, literally best stay in my whole trip.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel — from the staff to the location, the breakfast, the free bicycles, and the swimming pool. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I wouldn’t change a thing. The hotel staff were outstanding — not only friendly and welcoming, but genuinely helpful. They assisted us with changing our train tickets and even helped manage bookings at other accommodations. There was truly nothing they couldn’t handle. The property itself is exceptional, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it’s only a 10-minute bike ride through beautiful Luang Prabang to reach the old town center. A perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality — highly recommended!

My friend’s birthday celebration wasn’t acknowledged as expected. Partly my fault, I should’ve given better instructions. But I would expect a hotel would be more attentive when a guest celebrates their birthday during their stay. Later in the evening the English understanding could be hit and miss🙃

Beautiful design and decoration, cosy boutique atmosphere, freshly made breakfast a la carte, beautiful garden and lovely pool, lovely attentive staff. Massage place next door. Super service regarding motorbike rental.

The location at the time was slighty inconvenient since the road was very muddy and slippery, however they offered to wash off our shoes when we arrived

The hotel’s design is incredible, i had a floor level room that had a poolside view and both the room and the hotel itself was always in beautiful condition. I even caught one of the workers picking up leaves by hand, the attention to detail is impeccable.

It’s a bit far from the old town (30 minutes walk) but since you can borrow bicycles for free, it doesn’t really matter.

The hotel only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the railway station. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They printed the railway tickets for us and provided us many information about Luang Prabang. The room is small but clean. You also get free breakfast such as avocado toast, yogurt, or some local cuisine. You can also borrow their bicycles for free and visit the old town.

I can’t see any fault at all honestly.

Pristine, lovely hotel. Large, immaculate rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. A very inviting place to stay. It was also very helpful for me that the internet connection was consistently strong.

Lovely, attentive staff who helped us with everything we needed (transfer to airport and train station, tours to waterfalls, tuk tuks). The pool was lovely and breakfast was delicious.

We felt very comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had to change our travel dates at short notice, and the hotel manager was very cooperative and uncomplicated. A very nice and quiet place to relax

This was one of my better boutique hotels I stayed over the last 3 month! Nicely decorates and taking care of! Swimming pool area is just plain beautiful! But most of all the staff, very very helpful and super friendly , especially Soulyah who did everything possible to make my stay pleasant and memorable! Thanks to every one!

Not a big deal, but it's just a tad bit off the main road, which some people may like. A 5 min walk and you are to one of the mail roads.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and I got one with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The staff is super nice and wants nothing more than to make your stay a fantastic one.

We stayed 10 nights, and then extended by another 9, so 19 nights, longer than most people… that’s how much we loved the place! (Winter/high season: Jan-Feb 25) General location & surrounding: Location is ideal. It’s only 10 min walk to the centre & Night market and 15 min to the Mekong. As it’s located on a path off two larger streets, it is very quiet: you hear birds singing and not cars/scooters/vans. Also, the atmosphere in this twelve-room boutique hotel is very calm. The garden around the pool is very pretty and very well maintained. You can borrow bicycles from reception, they are in good condition. Comfort & Bedding & Storage: Our room (Junior Suite) was very spacious with a large bathroom, sitting area & small terrace. The bed was good, as were the pillows. There was hanging space (I was provided with extra hangers upon request) and enough space for storage, as well as a desk. Pool: The pool is not very large, but sufficient for doing laps. Very clean. Note: The water was cool in the winter (but not cold). Nice sunbeds around, there usually was space. Breakfast (& restaurant): Breakfast is à la carte, on previous night order. (This was less an issue than I may have expected because everything was good, although a bit more variety, such as different fruits or different vegetarian toast would be appreciated on longer stays). Ingredients are of good quality and presentation as well as service were perfect. No special coffees, but a good coffee from Southern Laos, that made us forget about espressos for the length of our stay :) We also had vegetarian spring rolls by the pool, delicious. We did not eat at the restaurant. Condition & cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Wifi: May be weak from time to time (we used a mix of Wifi and local SIM) Staff & Service: Staff is present and ready to assist. Any question or issue is dealt with promptly.

And a special thank you to MAY , who went above and beyond to help my wife and I retrieve an item left in another hotel over 65 miles away.
