The staff were incredibly helpful, we had some issues with booking flight and they bent over backwards to help us. We also extended our stay and even though they were full they managed to accommodate us.

They have damaged my clothes, and did not provide receipt for mini bar as requested. Room cleaning was bad, did not change the sheets as we stayed for 10 days.

The rooms was a bit small for 2 people

Great location. Lovely receptionists though the ones in the morning were a bit wrong footed by the thought of me wanting to get to the railway station, which is admittedly a long way away. Great Queen Room which was palatial. Book it if it's on offer.

See above. Breakfast was dreadful - very little on offer or on display - nothing I could eat, and I'm not fussy.

I got unlucky I guess. My room kept having water issue. I reported it several times during my stay. and the staff tried to help. However, until my check out time I still didn't get water except the shower cabin. pity!

The hotel is located quite conviently, just a short stroll from the sea. It was my second stay there, and I will definitely come back. I loved breakfasts at a cafe downstairs - food portions were solid, the selection of food was superb. I did like the coffee! Plus you could eat right in this very cafe up until around midnight because it's a burger shop open for public. It does have options other hand fast food, and service is quick and straightforward. I was leaving at 3am and the hotel arranged a packed breakfast for me. That was a really nice touch! You just need to let them know in advance - it did so like 24 hours prior.

The room this time was pretty small. I looked at the fire escape map on the wall and it looked like my room was the smallest on my floor. There was an odour in the bathroom. I approached a housekeeper and asked if they could do something about it. They apologized and said there was little they could do, but they did offer an air freshener that helped a little bit.
