Very good hotel, nicely decorated and super clean. Bedrooms are spacious with a proper separated bathroom. Staff is very helpful. Particularly appreciated the breakfast (included), a lot of options and very good.

The only thing I didn’t like that the doors to the rooms are very loud when people closing them in a middle of the night.

- Room temp regulated by old fancoil knobs hidden under wooden covers. Had to lift them up everytime we needed to adjust the temp. Wasn't an issue for us, but this could be inconvenient for some people like elderly and children, so just be aware. - Don't forget to notify the staff when leaving the room and request for cleaning. Had a mix up when we came back for the second night - we weren't aware that we had to specifically request cleaning beforehand. So just let them know if you'd like daily housekeeping i guess and then it should be smooth sailing.

Lovely hotel with great facilities/amenities, breakfast was very good quality and housekeeping was impeccable. Good location for some attractions nearby (although this is all relative in Astana) as well as some themed restaurants. Transfer organised by hotel is very efficient and hotel handles payments

LOCATION 10/10: at the center of the city, main road, just across Kinopark Saryarka mall & just 5 mins walk to Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center. All tourist sites in the city are accessible in 5 to 20 minute taxi ride (I used app yandex go, very efficient and cheap.) STAFFS 10/10: During my check in, a young Kazakh woman in front desk assisted me with all I need plus the helpful hotel staff Nikolai, all of the staffs are approachable, kind and helpful, even in booking . Com chat, very responsive. COMFORT 10/10: Complete with everything, a quiet room with fridge, hangers, table & socket beside bed etc. The room is big. Beautiful aesthetic. They have a 24/7 restaurant. CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish. WIFI 10/10: strong & stable VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: worth it with its great location, beautiful room plus nice breakfast.

No air conditioning that can be controlled in the room.

The location is very central, just across the road from the Opera theatre and walking distances to the city centre attractions. There are bus stops located nearby. The staff was exceptionally helpful and obliging. We had an early flight and breakfast was delivered to our room at 5am! There is a wide variety of breakfast options, a la carte.

The hotel is on the expensive side, but not too expensive. Small nuisance is the elevator music from the shopping mall across the street, but luckily they have reasonable business hours.

Excellent small and quiet hotel in the very center of city, just across from the Opera house. Freshly cooked big breakfast, with many options. Our suite was extremely comfortable, with many pieces of furniture, and windows that opened to the street and the Opera. Staff is super kind and helpful. In the basement they have a beautiful banya with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room, but they do not advertise it at all and we found out about it too late. They do provide bottled water, but I preferred to fill my bottles from their fountain. I hope they use more fountains in the future.
