The breakfast for additional cost is simply not worth the extra €6—extremely uninspired food choices of mediocre preparation.

The hotel was pristine and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries I had regarding the city of Astana. And the addition of the minibar is nice to have. Good WiFi, too.

Breakfast could be (much) better, very limited choice: 2 kinds of sausage, 1 kind of cheese, 1 kind of eggs, porridge, tomatoes/cucumbers, some pastry, jam and that's pretty much it. Messy food station. Avoid the coffee! One day there was a pretty indifferent guy supervising the breakfast station. - There's no fruit drink! = Yeah, we've run out. - What are we going to do about it? What shall I drink? = Drink the water. Another thing — although generally clean, I found some hair and dust on the floor in my room. Since the cleaning is by request only, had to request one right away.

Decent location, not far from major attractions, a mall with Starbucks a few blocks away. Really loved the interior design! A lot of elements combined to create some kind of indescribable vibe, soft and warm. Patched rugs on the floors, artwork, fun lighting. It all is not crisp fresh, but it adds to the charm. Helpful staff, a very cozy cafe downstairs open till 1 am with good food for the price. I enjoyed the, I guess, the 'Emperor size' bed (more than 2.2 meters wide!)

Fantastic smaller hotel just out of Astana city centre. The hotel is very clean, the Junior Suite room had lots of space with a very good bathroom, the breakfast is good as is the restaurant food. Overall a great hotel but the best part is the staff. A fantastic team. I would especially like to mention Asirhan who really helped me with telecom connection and Zhanna who really helped me with flight bookings. But all the frontdesk staff were great.

There's really nothing not to like but you do need to ask for clean towels etc, it doesn't happen automatically.

The hotel is very welcoming, comfortable and in a good location - we needed to be close to the tennis centre and it was perfect for this. Staff were very helpful and communicated well before our arrival by email. We arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and this worked really well. We had a junior suite which was spacious, with a super comfortable bed, very good air-conditioning and a minibar, slippers and robes and a good powerful shower. The price was really good and included breakfast which was decent for the price we paid. Astana is a lovely, modern and safe city with iconic buildings everywhere. We felt safer walking around Astana in the evening at night than we do in London! There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel and taxis are super cheap to get to the city and sightsee.

The room wasn't cleaned during my stay (2 nights and 3 days), probaly had to let them know I needed it. Otherwise there were no cons during my stay, everything was perfect.

Modern hotel in a quiet part of the city, loved the food at the restaurant - tastes just like homemade meals! The bed was super comfortable as my whole stay, got a chance to get good quality sleep there. The staff is nice and friendly, always responsive and ready to help.

There was only one waiter for more than 10 tables he couldn’t even remember my order, so I repeated it three times. There is no pen and paper in the room but condoms 🤣

Though english communication is challenging but all staff are very helpful and try to support us especially staff in restaurant. Dinner at hotel restaurant is fantastic and with extra charge.
