Very nice staff, clean room and spacious. Quiet at night. The staff organizes nice tours into the steppe and is very helpful with that. The water from the sink and showers sometimes didn't work and sometimes comes out dirty first. But that's due to the pipes in Kazakhstan, not the hotels fault. I enjoyed my stay very much! Especially the 24 h check in is awesome, since many flights to Aktau do land in the middle of the night. Thank you very much for the comfortable experience!

Excellent value. Very well managed indeed with breakfast included (and a wide range of choices available too). The staff are very professional and check-in was consequently a smooth process. The room and adjoining ensuite were clean, comfortable and airy. There was a television, wardrobe desk and chair as-well-as a lounge armchair, AC, a refrigerator and ample other necessities included. There is complimentary water available too. I booked three nights in a single room via a booking platform for 24,000. I would thoroughly recommend and should I return to Aktau, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the center and a couple of minutes by bus. Large comfortable room, everything you need is there. Very good breakfast, choice from the menu. You can also have delicious food during the day and evening.

Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, and with very spacious rooms. One could quite comfortably spend a long stay here. The staff were courteous and professional, and very helpful with my requests (taxis and directions). The hotel restaurant was also very convenient, and of good value. A supermarket is nearby, for any other requirements. I had a restful stay, and would gladly stay again. I highly recommend!

No air conditioning in my room.

I booked a room to have a rest between two flights (12h gap). The room was clean, the attached bathroom with shower cabin had all basic amenities. There was a good balcony in the room. The hotel had a cafe (or a small restaurant) mostly to serve breakfasts, but it worked the whole day. I dined there — the food was unassuming, but good and very affordable. The staff was friendly. In overall, it's a good option for a short stay.

It is in the good places. Near the city center,however, services are not good enough. No enough shampoo, soap, however, not enough for breakfast.

Standard hotel. Really good breakfast as well! Just note that the WIFI doesn't work in the rooms which was a shame. We wanted to plan our trip but couldn't do anything. But otherwise it was nice for a few nights.

- location; it is far from everything so I don't understand the comments of the people they say it is central - room wasn't clean on arrival. The closet was sandy from the last customer and the bed had black hair all around. How can one make the bed and don't see all that hair? It is fascinating - no one mentioned this but wifi doesn't exist. After a long day, no one gonna go down to reception and hang out there for internet. This is 2024. How hard to put 2 routers on each floor? - chaotic breakfast; 2 guys working in small breakfast hall for the service but even asking for a cup of tea takes 15-20min. Just bringing hot water and tea bag, they wait for other behind the counter and brought everyone’s drinks together which was quite absurd. - No one speaks even a bit of English. - no hot water in the evening It is a facility that can do better with better management and care. Would definitely stay in this if they fix all problems no matter how far the location is from center
