My stay at the hostel was truly enjoyable, thanks to its excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city while being in a peaceful area. The facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was surprisingly quiet perfect for resting after a day of adventures.

Little bit confused receptionist, problem with the entrance code, it changed during my stay and no one told me, description informes guests about providing towels however they provide only small towel which is not optional for everyday use after shower

Good place for budget travellers, just that the bathroom is not spacious. Rest all good, wonderful location. Very neat and clean. And yaa, it's inside the premise of apartment buildings, can be a bit difficult to locate, had a hard time with google map.

One of the entry to the property requires a code which is unknown to the guest before checking in. I had to rely on a kind stranger to let me in. The staff is not present for a good amount of time.

This is a really good hostel in the old part of Astana and is close to the attractions. The rooms are spacious and cleaned often, and the beds are well-maintained. Kitchen area is well-equipped. They provide lockers to store valuables. They have USB-A and USB-C power outlets for each bed in addition to a proper power outlet which I found awesome.

It took me a while to find the exact location, as the hostel is situated in a residential apartment complex. Having some signage would help immensely.

The beds were super comfy and warm. Cubbies feel cosy. Bathrooms are clean. Quiet atmosphere as well.

It is a bit difficult to find the location as the property is a 3 BHK apartment in a large residential gated community, a bit inside of the main roads .

The kitchen didn't have a stove or something be really be able to cook something on. The location is a bit difficult to find.

The rooms are nice, beds have curtains and sockets near the bed, which is very useful. There is more than one bathroom in the hostel, so less chances to be a queue. The common are is nice. The location is close to local transport and shops.

Quite difficult to find. No information on Google maps, many foreign travelers don't even know what 2GIS is.

The area of the hostel was very safe..Felt like home. The caretaker was very helpful and everyone was very friendly. They had a lot of services like free netflix and neat and clean kitchen.

- Hard to find, hidden in the back of a yard which one cannot access without a code as there is a locked gate. One needs to wait for someone to open the gate to enter the yard and then to find its way to the hostel - the owner should really look into advertising it more, as apart from one little sign up on the wall, there is nothing - The 4 beds room is crammed - There are only 2 toilets (very small), and one of them serves as a shower (the only shower for the entire facility) for all the rooms, so if you are unlucky it might get very crowded - the English spoken by the staff is very basic

- there are lockers and the dormitory is comfortable and clean - mattress is comfy - the common area is also nice and quiet and the kitchen is well equipped - the electric sockets are for each bed, equipped with USB plugs as well - helpful staff

Everything was great!

This hostel is one of the best I’ve being staying for the last year. Everything inside is like on the pictures and very clean. Enough space on the kitchen for everybody. Staff are very nice.
