Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyThe location was a bit far to walk to the center but with yandex it was ok. There was only 1 toilet paper and 1 small bottle of shampoo for 3 days but when we asked it was delivered to our apartment in 5 minutes later, free of charge, so no issue.
The view on the botanical garden was perfect. We loved the cantine at 2nd floor, very affordable prices, lots of choice, delicious and it has discount for the hotel guests. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. Saturday evening there was loud music from the bar at the entrance of the hotel but it stopped at 23:00 so it didn’t bother our sleep. The other days it was totally quiet. We could leave our bags all day long after checkout. P.S.: There is a perfect restaurant not far from the hotel: Qazaq Gourmet.

TajikistanLocation is nice, the room was clean and tidy, super friendly staff. I would recommend to have electronic weights (in reception at least) for visitors who travel and want to weight their baggage before going to airport.

United StatesImpossible to find, there is no fitness center as advertised (it’s a gym across the street you have to pay for), there is no spa as advertised, be honest about what’s included and what’s not - I booked this so I could use the fitness center
