Most people go to Aktau for a trip to Mangistau, the lovely lady at the reception could help you with contacting touroperators for a trip. We booked a trip online and if the hotel had helped us it would have saved us 200 dollars for a 3 days trip.

Czech RepublicI arrived early and the man working at reception was not very welcoming. Just asked me what date my reservation was for and told me “you are too early”. I guess it would be nice to be offered a cup of tea maybe :).
I stayed in this hotel twice and would gladly stay again. It’s central in terms of location; high quality of sleep; great breakfast. Good WiFi and other amenities. Even when busy it does not feel crowded.

Czech RepublicI think the male receptionists need more training in customer service: no smiles, no “welcome” or “thank you for the stay”; I also had one request where the receptionist flatly refused to help but his colleague (a lady from the back office) solved it for me.
Great hotel overall The room is well appointed, bed very comfortable, strong shower; all amenities are there. Lovely breakfast and then you can have some Indian food for dinner in their restaurant. Location is convenient, central and about 10-15 min walk to the seaside. I was very pleased with the ladies working there, both at reception and in the back office. They were kind and efficient at the same time.

IndiaIt is a great stay for Indians in a place like Aktau because the Restaurant Manager and Chef are Indian and they will serve you very good Indian Veg-Non Veg meal in Lunch and dinner, if you pre-order. However, they have limited options for vegetarians in their Breakfast. Except the Indian restaurant manager, no other staff in the restaurant understand English. I faced this problem in almost all hotels in Kazakhstan.
