The room cleaning was late in the afternoon.

The rooms were rather fresh (new), the location was nice, near sightseeing and sea. The swimming pool works till 23 o'clock, that is very comfortable. The lobby works 24/7

We had some problems with the wifi connection but they were sold later. Administrator was not keen to give us a room with balcony, even we had booked such a room. Why was he acting like that is still a mystery. After insisting on it, we could enjoy a room with balcony and sea view.

We stayed two nights in total. Location is good and at the sea. Quite modern facilities. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offer was not complete even half an hour after the start of the breakfast. One could already use the breakfast room and have some food at the official breakfast start but e.g. the каша (oatmeal) was not ready and would not be ready for at least another half an hour (when I left). The service quality in the hotel restaurant varied a lot. During the first evening, the service was good and attentive, during the second one not. Both times, the waiters seemed to be needed also in other places in the hotel, so they were not always present in the restaurant. Especially during the second evening, this created long periods where no waiter at all was present at the restaurant, creating long waiting times. During my stay in December, there was no direct access to the Coastal Path from the hotel - in contrast to the description. While you could ask the staff to let you out the door on the -1 floor, all the gates to the Coastal Path were closed and locked. One had to leave the hotel via the main entrance (facing the opposite direction) and then circumvent the hotel via a flight of stairs to reach the coast.

Breakfast had a lot of choice. Different porridge every morning, which was great, and great choice of cakes and savoury dishes. The room was very large and comfortable. the hotel is right next the promenade on the coastline, which is beautiful. Great views from the breakfast room and from the Terrace restaurant

Had some challenges with being overcharged on arrival but quickly resolved the next day.

The hotel is right on the edge of the sea and adjacent to the main walking route along the coast. Rooms were large and comfortable and the pool area was comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and the restaurant at the top of the hotel had great views and service, especially from Igor.

As the Terrase restaurant is really nice it is also demanded, you must make reservation far in advance. Sea beach is either mud-dirthy or rocky.

Located next to the seacoast. Terrase restaurant on the top foof gives excellent sea view and marvelous sunsets experience

I would not call it a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star instead. Some things were lacking like a small bottle of moisturizer in the bathroom. Wifi speed was very very slow which can be a problem if your work remotely.

Location was good. Very close to all the tourist spots in Aktau Room was nice and big and had good view.

The only downside was the loud noise from the roof. If your balcony has a sea view it probably will be near this roof, and you'll need to keep your windows closed to avoid the noise.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Aktau. We received a warm welcome from the reception team, Nasiba and Nurlan, who were super nice and answered all our questions. Also Assel helped us a lot 😌 Breakfast was very nice👍🏾 The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, their service and help were exceptional! Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel's location is amazing, with everything within easy reach. It's convenient to get to the city and enjoy a wonderful walk by the beach.

This is not a five star hotel. Breakfast is ok but nothing special.

Unique location next to the Caspian Sea. Comfortable rooms. Very nice roof terrace restaurant (don't forget to book in advance).
