Location is great, apartments are new, all worked. It's in a building with mixed use- several apart hotels, offices and cafes/ restaurants

We experienced misleading advertising regarding the type of room. I believe this may be due to cross-cultural differences in how “bedroom” is described. We booked a one-bedroom for three people but were given a basic standard small room with two single beds. This was one room, not a separate bedroom and they told us this is one room as per photos on booking.com and told us that we needed to book "two bedrooms" option - which in reality " one bedroom" in our western world. We were travelling with small children and did not want to search for a new hotel. The property offered not to charge us if we chose to move elsewhere, but we decided to stay and managed by sleeping three people across two pushed-together single beds — not comfortable, but our only option. If booking in English, be aware: when they advertise “one-bedroom” or “two-bedroom” apartments, they actually mean one or two rooms in total, not separate bedrooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in our room did not work. It was promised to be fixed, but this never happened during our stay.

Overall, we were happy with this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and there are many things within walking distance. The only issue was finding the place. They need to have better directions. Even when we talked to them, it was confusing finding it.

Directions to the apartment were off by a long ways and it was difficult to find.

Staff not really helping !!!! You need to ask many times for example extra hangers or toilet paper !!!! Really not engaging in service !!!!!! And elevator on this beautiful it is difficult !!! We was not able to to go to our parents room because you only allow to you floor ! Very difficult if you go with family or friends and not have room on same floor !

Beds were comfortable and water pressure of the shower was good. Hot water runs with no issue. New apartment and mostly clean. It was quiet. Canteen and cafes inside the building.

We stayed on the 13th floor but somehow bugs crawl up and there were some dead bugs in the apartment. In May, it was a bit cold but the heater didn’t work. Some of the things weren’t designed well, like the washing machine detergent drawers didn’t open because of some ill design. Also, doors don’t close, water leaked from the shower booth, some wooden parts had been stripped off.

They don't have reception, no check in info and when I tried to call them, no answer. So I couldn't actually get in the apartment and had to find other hotel at 2 o'clock night.

Spacious and lots of storage. Costa coffee, supermarket and a restaurant within the building made it convenient

Incorrect bedsheet provided and didn’t answer on WhatsApp when we asked for a change of bedsheet. Breakfast was horrible. Not even a decent coffee, and cold breakfast with just one egg, some mushrooms and bread without butter was served.

Overall - clean and very warm and very convenient apartment. The costa cafe on the 1st is good. there is a good mini market on the 1st floor as well.

it was a little difficult to find the reception - but people helped with advise. the breakfast is not good, and cold, so I had to buy something on my own. the canteen on the 2nd flor is very average. t

i like the view and the apartment it self it was very clean and also a good place to just relax
