    Nice property and beach

    Service was very slow at times in the restaurants Value for money and choice of food was poor . For example , expected to pay £50 a day for breakfast buffet but not much choice for vegans and those with a dairy allergy - for example, the bread and potatoes all had dairy in them.

    Breakfast was excellent. The staff were great and extremely helpful when I needed some medication.

    The cost. This hotel is crazy expensive and it's not justified. We live Miami, an expensive city and this hotel still made us wince at the costs.

    The best service centric hotel we have ever stayed at....customer service, hospitality, efficiency, accomodations, service response from all the staff members was exceptional. The excellent location and beautiful beach were the icing on the cake.

    The staff try to shake you down just to use the sauna. That was brutal.

    I had been traveling to this hotel for 20+ years and it’s still one of my favorite places. I had an emergency and the hotel was extremely helpful in offering assistance.

    The service was exceptional and the attention to detail was unmatched. It felt like they were reading my mind.

    The heat but that's not something that could be controlled. It was very expensive but also you get what you pay for and we got A LOT.

    Wonderful and exeptionally well managed hotel. Very good also the water sport on the beach included in the price. All was perfect, this hotel understands to make a vacation perfect. Absolutely great!

    - kids water park could open longer - some service people are running around without a smile for hours. Even some management service staff. This was a bit strange to us, because they should be a good example to their staff. But knowing difficulties are everywhere, we understand that this is a steady task and challenge in any hotel environment. To be clear: 95% of the staff was extremely polite and friendly, we were very very happy - smelly room for first night (moisture), but they gave us a good room for the next days.
