Reviews of Saray Prime Suites

I had a great experience staying at Saray Prime Suites. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed — a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a clean, spacious bathroom. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, yet still peaceful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. It’s a perfect place for both short and long stays. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

The issue was only the car parking availability

The location was close to the center most of the importent shops and services were nearby, the stuff where helpful.

At first, I requested two bedroom apartment one with double bed and one with two single but they gave two bedrooms with double bed. The master bedroom window was very noisy you can feel like it's open, the problem is that a big hospital that has large size of air conditioning units and generators is very close to the hotel and the sound is very high I could not sleep because of the noise . The apartment wasn't very clean, the floor was dirty, the tiles were broken, plumbing and electric supplies for the washing machine was very bad and the shower doesn't have a door therefore the toilet was being wet after having a shower finally they dont provide floor towel.

Resption staff support are excellent

Rooms hotel and the bath rooms are too small .

Location is great

They only give one card for a family to share,they claim private parking but actually don’t have enough parking spots for all guests. The apartment we got was without proper internet,asked us to use the neighbors’ internet instead and the A/C was not working,had to complain and ask for my money back to get it changed the next morning which took several more hours

The location was very good and the reception staff were great also the helper ( Pakistani or Indian guy ) we didn’t get to thank him enough .

There was one security guard ( can’t remember his name ) might have been Nepali or something … so rude and very unhelpful . No respect for family or place he would just leave things by door and when asked for help he just turned around and walk without saying anything !!
