Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IraqThe room cleaning service. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team did not do their job properly – some areas in the room were not clean, and the bathroom was not as expected.
Thanks go to the reception team, especially Ms. Azmait (day shift) and Mr. Alpart (night shift), who were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

United KingdomBeach narrow until tide goes out. Hotel pool area / public areas a little tired compared to UAE standards but may be the norm for Kuwait as didn't visit other hotels. Not a major issue but not as glitzy as you'd expect in Dubai.
Excellent location with a complex of numerous restaurants by the hotel entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and modern. There are also other restaurant complexes nearby for even more eating choices. Great shaded area by the pool and plenty of sunbeds.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options that cater to all tastes. It was the perfect start to my day! The hotel facilities are top-notch—everything is modern, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

United Kingdomthe costs of water and soft drinks and the fact you had to load your room account with money to buy anything, instead just swttle the bill on leaving the hotel. I also had a discount on all purchases at the hotel, but everytime I used it, it was not taken off bill and I had to then go to reception to get it refunded, a real pain.
The room was nice, but not 5* the location was excellant and breakfast had great chioce and quality, the staff were the best thing about this hotel
