The location is in a quiet area but still walkable towards to city centre or the beach. Good price - Quality. Personnel was very nice. Room was good so was the bathroom, not luxury but fine. If you get a room on a high floor it will have a good view. there is an excellent Indian Restaurant accessible from the hotels lobby!

Staff were brilliant and very good breakfast with loads of varieties to choose from but hotel bathrooms are desperately in need of renovation. We had two rooms and both rooms bathrooms were in poor condition with sign of mould growing.

A nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The great thing is that they can pick you up and drop you off at the airport as a part of the stay at the hotel. 👌🏻

They advertise that they have a fitness center, but when we arrived, they said it was “under construction.” The room was empty, but we didn’t see any construction going on. I think it would be good to tell the truth on Booking.com that “we have a fitness center, but it is not available at this time.”

The breakfast was good, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

1. WiFi didn’t work in the room - this should really be fixed as we live in the 21st century 2. Furnishings in the room were generally old (although I saw some evidence of construction on the top-floor breakfast restaurant) 3. Some of the staff did not have excellent English, as should be expected for an international hotel in a country like Kuwait

Breakfeast buffet could be indeed improved. Bathrooms are old and need renovation, the bathtube had a clogged drain.

Easy check-in with helpful staff. Room was good and comfortable. The hotel offered an airport shuttle and waited whilst our Visa on Arrival took a long time.

Failed to pick me up at the aiport on time and did not let me know. Had to call the hotel to remind them of my pick up. Finally I got picked up 75 minutes later, totally exhausted and frustrated.

The welcome... probably could do with some training at reception :o I was too tired to deal with mumbling grumpy people luckily and ignored it. The internet is bad, could not use hotel wifi for work, TV didnt work either Shower needed handyman repair while I was waiting. The rooms are noisy, lots of noise coming in from the corridor and road below.

The room was spacious for what I paid, I was upgraded after they had tried to put me in a smoking room. Location was 200 m from where I had to be. Plenty parking outside

The coffee was just Nescafe and a peculated coffee would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choice; eggs, foul, bread, salads etc. It was ready before 07:00 what suited us well because we left early that day.

Internet was bad as always. The staff helped us with a additional dongle, which was great, so was able to manage and catch-up work. Reception staff could be more responsible, as several times it was short of attendance. Breakfast can be better and improved.

All was almost good as expected. I have stayed in this property before, so was aware of its facilities. Quite basic, nothing extraordinary to expect. All good without much issues.

I got a smoking room even though I asked specifically for a non-smoking room, and even though the smell wasn't too bad, it was still lingering there. Also, there was no fruit for breakfast. That would have been appreciated. There were no clear signs as to where the changing rooms for the swimming pool were and you couldn't lock the door once you found it. Also, the ladders down into the pool were rickety and broken.

Walking distance to the Kuwait towers, Assima mall and Shaheed Park. Also, the view from the restaurant (Kuwait City Skyline) and my room - Kuwait towers. I got a lot of help from the staff - especially Ahmed and Amr - and breakfast was included.

the electricity was cut off a couple of times and water supply too. The internet speed on the 8th floor was terrible, I struggled to keep myself connected
