Just be careful when ordering steaks or grilled meats from lebanese or from their steakhouse restaurant. It is boiled beforehand and grilled in an electric oven lightly, absolutely tasteless and spoiled meats.

Pool was a bit busy with kids swimming lessons but there was still plenty of beds to relax around the pool and they had it sectioned so there was still a smaller area to use of pool

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and nice spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Imran on reception. Complimentary shuttle back to the airport was a great service. Close to the beach and easy for getting around city. Would recommend

Bathroom is a bit small. Nothing else to mention.

We were always greeted by very friendly staff! The hotel is clean. Food is excellent from breakfast to restaurants on site. We had dinner twice at the Chinese restaurant and once at the Lebanese restaurant! Noise in our bathroom was dealt with immediately after we complained about it.

I have a delivery from talabat and it supposed to be received it in my room since we want to rest and relax but the staff called us that we need to comedown to take the delivery because they are short of staff but when i comedown at the lobby there's too much staff and not doing anything, they're just lazy to deliver the order.

We were on a stop over at the hotel for one night. We were so warmly welcomed and all the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms were super clean. We missed nothing and we ate very well at the hotel in the evening. I can only recommend it. We will definitely be back again.

A bit complicated communication to get an invoice. If you are travelling for work you have to make sure you let them know beforehand at the customer service email and insist after your stay for them to send it to you.

Pleasant hotel, attentive staff. Very useful airport transfer service. Ayam Zaman Lebanese Restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
