  “We stayed at dolphin continental for 5 days. Upon arrival we had arrived late due to issues at the airport. Even with this, they managed to accommodate us late at night with a clean big room. We were treated with nothing but kindness and empathy from the staff. We had been picked up with a hotel van which carried all our luggage so we did not wait at all at the airport. We had amazing breakfast and when we would come back from our travels in Kuwait, the staff would greet us at the door ready to take our bags to our room. The staff truly care about their guests and go out their way to give a great service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a memorable experience in Kuwait. The sea view was so beautiful and a short walk away. The area is surrounded by quality coffee shops and malls. There is a lot to do in the area especially for families.   “Since 2019 we did not change our location it was spent only at jumeirah messilah beach kuwait. Marivic the receptionist, her hospitality and service are high up the roof and very noticeable we hope to see her every time when we approach the reception. The security at the entrance pool are helpful yet very supportive and friendly. Ali، hussein and their european supervisor along the life guards are a legit unit.. hard workers passionate under the hot weather its unbelievable how stressful their duty at a daily basis but still they are heartful and polite thats why the kids love visiting Jumeirah messilah beach. Kids hope nothing changes. Thank you Jana for your noticeable effort and service to us all.”
