I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the White Rabbit Hotel in Siem Reap. From the very first moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everyone here is not only professional, but also genuinely kind and helpful, which immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is vibrant and social, perfect for meeting new people from all around the world. There is always something going on – from fun evening events and entertainment to interesting conversations at the bar. It’s a great place if you want a mix of relaxation and lively community spirit. What really impressed me was the way the hostel organizes their tours and activities. Everything is very well managed, professional, and thoughtfully arranged. Whether it’s exploring the temples of Angkor, discovering hidden gems around Siem Reap, or joining group trips, the tours were always memorable and well worth it. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall design creates a welcoming, modern, yet cozy feeling. I can honestly say that White Rabbit Hotel offers much more than just a place to sleep – it’s a whole experience. If you’re looking for friendly people, great entertainment, professional service, and unforgettable tours, this is absolutely the right choice in Siem Reap. I would recommend it to anyone, and I would love to come back again!

Nothing in particular, food and drinks may be a bit expensive, but as much as you'd expect from a hotel, the beer isnt expensive and you can always go out to eat to get better prices

I would avoid, they’re funny with $$$ especially when checking out. When I checked out they asserted I pay an additional $7USD for no reason. I had pre-paid for the property, so was forced to show them the pre-paid confirmation. The group in front of me checking out had a similar plea from the staff to pay extra money for no reason when checking out too. The best way to describe the atmosphere of the hostel is that it’s very swampy. All the rooms open onto the pool, so there’s water everywhere and the rooms smell damp and moldly (but no visible mold).

I traveled solo and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. It’s a super social hostel, perfect for meeting people from all over the world. There are daily activities, so there’s always something fun going on. The facilities are great, clean, and have everything you need. What truly makes this hostel stand out is the staff – they are AMAZING! Fiona, the manager, is absolutely lovely and always making sure everyone is having a great time. The whole team is super friendly, fun, and they really make you feel at home from day one. Even they have a tatto studio! Amazing! 10/10

same same… i expected to stay three days but for so many reasons i stayed per two months… if you like party hostels this one is the best (actually i’m not a party person now but i will coming back for sure)… with activities everyday, good staff, good food, good vibes… it’s hot so try the pool… i really got good memories here…

just if the music starts a bit later would be nice…

I found it a bit noisy late at night. My room was next to the bar-restaurant, and I could hear all the noise...

White rabbit is one of my favorite hostels that I've stayed in. Everyone that I met here was so friendly. They do a lot of events everyday and all of them are so fun. There is big family atmosphere, I'll definitely be coming back!!!

The ambience in the hostel is amazing and with a wonderful staff . Good location, clean, with pool, nice spare área. What else? Totally recommend it.

located near some good restaurants and bakeries, walking distance to pub street and markets

weak/intermittent wifi in the room. loud music which could be heard from the rooms playing all day even after 11pm. entrance area gets flooded when it rains. in the morning there's beer cups leftover on all tables in the common area from the night before. tiny shower room with no soap (or shampoo)

Met so many great people. The vibes are awesome, great food and shout out to all the staff - you made my stay.

First of all, I’d like to thank Fiona for her warm approach. She has an amazing family. You find yourself in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The kitchen menu is really nice and tasty. You should definitely try the Lok Lak. Khira, Ponzi, Raza, Piksak, and Khat — thank you guys! :)

It would be perfect if the seating areas were a bit more comfortable.
