SingaporeOne issue we had was with the insects inside the room. On one of the days, we were surprised to see the bed occupied by a giant lizard. The hotel staff helped to remove the lizard, but were annoyed when we asked them to change the sheets.
The place is located pretty central. Surrounded by greenery and has a mini pool. We were picked up from the bus station in a vintage car - a good gesture which was highly appreciated.

From the moment you walked in the door you knew that this was going to be a great stay. We were welcomed with Drinks and a Cold Towel. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful with cold towels every time we came back from a hot walk down to spraying us for mosquitoes when going out at night. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was also great. The pool was awesome as well and the hotel had a great ambiance with all of the plants and art objects (art deco) everywhere. Our bedroom looked out on to the pool was big as well as the large deck with both chairs and a lounger on it. The hotel was in a great part of Siem Reap close to the river and also some really good restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend the hotel if staying in Siem Reap and we will be back again next year.

The fact that the staff thinks of things you wouldn’t even notice, you leave your room with no worries and comes back in a better room as they adjust to your stuff, bags and others… no detail is left pending, every single moment was smooth, with the best service I’ve ever seen, giving a yes to any request and not too pushy or insisting. Just warmth and conviviality, in a beautiful and very clean space. Oh and what to say about the beds… we just asked for the contact of their shop to buy every same thing, from pillows to mattress support! I’ll go again, or will try Viroth’s Hotel!

BrazilWhat an amazing experience!!! We stayed for 2 nights for our first time in Cambodia. We were welcomed so well, staff is so friendly and polite. The room was big and comfortable. So sad to leave!! I am just not rating 10, because there is no elevator and we were in the last floor, to go up and down, sometimes with our heavy backpack was pretty tough. But other than that, this is a fantastic hotel. Best staff and best breakfast!! Glad to have chosen it.
