CambodiaThere was only one light switch in our room for all lights.
Room was clean and large and they provided an portable bed for our 6 yo. Although on the other side from most of the town, the hotel is right on the river and it's a nice spot. The hotel gardens were also attractive with a traditional Khmer house that many took photos in front of.

CanadaThe lights did not all work and the bed was hard. There were so many wedding photos occurring on the grounds that the pool never felt comfortable to use. We were so dissatisfied that we checked out two days early even though we still had to pay for it .

United KingdomIt was disappointing but understandable that the restaurent services were not available during my stay. I was told that the restaurant will be opening in January . I could get a Khmer Breakfast for $1 down the road and a nice coffee shop nearby. Some of the bathroom fittings were a bit wobbly.
I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The Gorgeous wooden suite with poolside view was fabulous. Staff are friendly. An added cultural bonus is the activities of wedding photographers who use this attractive location for pre wedding shoots.

United KingdomFound the hotel a bit tired looking for the price. Air con and fridge didn’t work in the first room so had to change rooms. Constantly had to ask for extra towels as the old ones were taken away after the room was cleaned but they weren’t replaced properly. Same for bottles of water- it was 3 of us but always received only 2 fresh bottles. Restaurant wasn’t open and neither was the pool bar.

France- there was weddings photoshootings every days, then we were not able to fully enjoy swimming pool - restaurant were closed, no launch or dinner - no breakfast - the teapot in the room was not working, we asked for a new one and it was not working too - fridge int the room was not working - some lights in the room were broken. Sorry,, Its no more a resort, but an average hotel and its not worth the paid price. The services available should be updated on the booking.com description.
I dont like to give a negative review but sometimes we dont have the choice. The staff is helpful and friendly. The resort still have a charming set. Thats it, for the rest, read below.

CambodiaThe owner is very polite and she try to explained even in khmer language regarding the AC did working well in my room. Me and family felt discomfort and not slept well. We informed to the receptionist but still not solved the problem. The next day the owner knocked our door and explained in Khmer. Anyway we stayed their for 2 nights.

I have agonised over sharing this but on the last day, I discovered my reserve phone had been removed from the room. There is no doubt that it was taken. I reported it when we were leaving shortly afterwards and I'm afraid the reaction was less than helpful.

One evening there was no water in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn't work. However the man at reception was as helpful as he could be.

AustraliaThe rooms were old and run down. The shower water run over the top of the toilet. So anyone wanting to go to the toilet after the shower was used was walking on wet floors and a wet toilet. Wedding photos taken constantly in front of our villa and we weren’t allowed to use our balcony. we felt like we couldn’t leave our room because we were constantly yelled at by photographers.
nothing- we kept getting kicked off our balcony for the constant wedding photoshoots taking place ALL DAY, EVERY DAY!! it was really irritating to have a photographers yell at our children to hurry up and close the door or get off the balcony so they could take their photos. We felt like we couldn’t leave our room because of this.

The room, the bathroom and the kitchen were nothing like the photographs on your website. Go figure. Therefore I am applying for 100% refund. Now, I don't reckon I'm too fussy, I've stayed in some pretty crappy places but on a value for money rating this place scores around -1000. I have photographic evidence, however, your system would not upload them successfully. I am happy to supply them if you have an alternative.
This place is a dump. The bathroom was unclean, mouldy and wet all the time equating to a very unpleasant experience. No hot water. At all. I ran the shower for a looooong time. No hot water.
