The pool was amazing for my one year old, the rooms big and bed comfortable. Staff was very helpful! Loved the high quality water provided daily!

There was construction next door, but you don't hear it in the room. Missing was on-site restaurant and bar.

    Property response:

Thank you for your recognition of our hotel and services. Welcome to stay here again next time.

    Property response:

You threatened me with a check-out fee by using your 1 million followers, and you left without giving me a reason. I also agreed to refund you one night's rent, and I asked you to apply to booking. You said you have 100 followers right away. Whether you have 1 million followers or not is different from the check-out fee.

The staff (Kitty is very helpful… also the owner whom I always message prior the trip is very responsive and helpful)

The AC not that strong and comfortable but they gave us extra Fan and it is ok. The Room Door Lock is very weak and loose . Should have inside lock for safety though it is very safe they have gate and guards are very attentive.

    Property response:

Thank you for your choice and trust, welcome to come again next time

This chinese run resort is about to close soon, maybe as the look from outside is quiet. No standby reception, the restaurant was closed, they allow the car parking on the grass/ garden etc, and some quests complaints about the dirty and smelly of their room.

    Property response:

Hello guest, who told you that the hotel is going to be closed? Our hotel is operating normally. And your room, two guest rooms, you can't turn on the air conditioner if you bring your baby. The room will be humid in the rainy season, and there will definitely be a smell, but the smell will disappear if you turn on the air conditioner. But you are worried about the baby, so you don't turn on the air conditioner and close the door, so the air inside must be bad. The construction site next door doesn't work at night, and we can't ask them to stop work during the day. At that time, you wanted to change the room because of the sunlight, saying that the baby was afraid of the heat inside. Because you didn't turn on the air conditioner, you needed a room blocked by a tree, so we also changed it for you. You have already used the room.

Didn’t have breakfast. We left early to catch a flight

The lack of attentive staff, the constant sound of construction works throughout the night. Sihanoukville used to be so pretty and beautiful… now it’s an utter dump.

    Location near the beach

The room I stayed has Aircon far from the beds and blocked by bathroom wall, so it was not cool and I had to ask for a fan. The cable TV didn't work.
