Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The Urban absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff are an 11/10 - so friendly, always saying hello and wanting to help. The manager, Sam, was fantastic - so kind and attentive. The location is also great - very close to the night market, old market, and Pub Street. The price was also a selling point. The hotel rooms themselves were well appointed and exactly what you'd expect from the photos online. We will definitely be back next time we are in Siem Reap!

ItalyAmazing little gem, highly recommended for anyone who is looking to experience real Cambodian hospitality. Mr. Sam, the hotel manager goes an extra mile in order to ensure the comfort and care for the hotel guests. Every step of the stay is curated. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged upon request. If you're looking for an experienced local guide, ask for Mr. Tee. If you need a driver, ask for Mr. Art. Both excellent. The hotel is conveniently located - 5 min walk to the Pub Street, the center of Siem Reap's nightlife, but far away from the city noise (allowing for a wonderful night sleep).

Also, fantastic Tuk Tuk driver Mr Sokha - he is very charismatic and always smiling, and treats you like a VIP making sure to drop you off very close to the entrance of your destination, and provides ice cold water and fresh flannels.
