Our only complaint was the bed was rock hard. A few hotels in the city (ibis) have invested in mattress toppers and that would make this hotel perfect. Beds are pretty critical to the hotel experience.

The Twitz is a lovely hotel/hostel, we stayed in a double room. The rooftop pool and restaurant are the best part, the food is excellent as well. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Location wise it is a 10 min walk to pub street but there are lots of nice cafes and the only gym in Siem Reap is a 2 min walk away.

A lot of thought and effort has been put into this hotel: the aesthetics, the facilities, the comfort, the food and the vibe! The staff are great, especially Chumneanh and the reception staff who treated us like family. Fully recommended if you’re coming to Siem Reap!

We had an amazing stay at the Twitz in a triple room. I was staying with 2 of my friends. Everyone was exceptionally kind and friendly. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. We needed a document printed for our next destination and the reception staff printed it out without any hassle. Location was brilliant, everywhere was a short tuk tuk or walk away. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, always wearing warm smiles that made me feel welcome. Srey Neat Srey Kha and front desk manager are really nice and the service was top-notch, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Also the bar from this hotel can provide food which are fresh and delicious. all staff really helped a lot for me. The hotel also offered fun and engaging games, adding a touch of excitement to my stay. It was spotless, with a focus on cleanliness that I truly appreciated, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The hotel had a great selection of board games, perfect for relaxing evenings with friends or family. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing escape during the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!"

The bed was a bit on the hard side, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. It would also be nice if they offered a complimentary bottle of water or at least had a water refill station available in the dorm area—especially given the heat. Small touches like that would really improve the overall experience.

I had a good stay at this hostel. The location is very convenient—close to key attractions and easy to get around. It’s definitely good value for money. The staff are polite and helpful, though they come off a bit reserved compared to other places I’ve stayed. Still, everything went smoothly and I’d consider staying again.

In the twin room, there were no tissues except in the bathroom, and it would be nice to have a brush provided. The pool was a bit unclear, likely due to the rainy season.

It's a nice place to stay with a good location—clean and pleasant surroundings. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

A Wonderful Experience! This hotel is truly amazing! The staff, including both waiters and waitresses, are incredibly friendly and welcoming to all guests, including tourists. The services offered are top-notch, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as billiards, swimming, and relaxing at the bar. You can do whatever you like, and the staff goes above and beyond to meet the customers’ needs. The food is not only delicious but also very clean, which is so important. I had such a happy and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Wishing the team all the best—may you become even more popular and well-known in the future!

My first visit to Cambodia and on my first day in the country I have blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I’ve met so far from bus drivers, shop/cafe staff, tuk tuk drivers and particularly the staff at the Twitz Hostel. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—warm smiles, helpful advice, and an effortlessly relaxed vibe that set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering the hostel’s central location. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the shared bathrooms were spotless every time I used them. The pool area was perfect for relaxing with a book or a coffee and live music while you savoured the restaurants excellent food was an added treat. If you’re coming to Siem Reap (and you definitely should visit this beautiful town) and want somewhere clean, friendly, budget-friendly, and well-located, Twitz Hostel is the place to be. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return!

I stayed in a 4-bed dorm and ended up sharing it with just two other people over three nights. For the first two nights, it was just me and a woman from Spain. We were both really considerate, kept things quiet, and it was a very peaceful stay. But on the third night, a new guest arrived and was quite loud and restless. The next day, my Spanish roommate and I agreed—we barely slept that night. I guess that’s just part of the dorm life experience; sometimes it’s luck of the draw. Another issue for me was the temperature in the room—it was freezing. As an Asian, 16°C feels way too cold for me. I kept turning the AC up to 22°C (honestly, I would have preferred 26°C), but each time I checked, it was back down to 16°C. I was cold the entire three days, ended up catching a cold, and couldn’t really enjoy the rest of my trip. I barely had the energy to do anything during the day due to lack of sleep. Thankfully it was my second time in Siem Reap, so I didn’t feel like I missed out too much. But if it’s your first visit and you’re sensitive to the cold, I’d recommend booking a private room instead of a dorm.

I stayed in the female-only 4-bed dorm, and honestly, the best part of this place is how united and kind the staff are—everyone was super friendly and helpful. In my case, I stayed on the lower bunk, but I thought the upper bunk might get a bit bright in the morning because of the window up top. However, unless the main room lights are on, it stays pretty dim—so it’s totally fine for sleeping. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained. The dorm has large lockers inside the room, which was really convenient. Each bed has two power outlets and two lights, plus a curtain for full privacy. The pool is super clean, and you absolutely have to check out the rooftop. The vibe up there is just amazing.

The WiFi could be more reliable, but it’s decent enough for light remote work and staying connected online.

This is probably the biggest and nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at — and honestly, it doesn’t feel like a hostel at all! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The design, space, and vibe feel more like a boutique hotel, yet you still get the social and friendly atmosphere of a hostel. The rooms and beds are top-notch — clean, comfortable, and spacious. The services are excellent and thoughtfully curated for travelers. What really made my stay memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about your experience. If you’re visiting Siem Reap and want a blend of comfort, style, and great energy, The Twizt is the place to be. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%!

Unfortunately our swimwear was stained by the chemicals in the swimming pool. Would advise to wear dark swimwear and shower immediately after.

Great location and the room was lovely. Staff very friendly. Really helpful to have a good laundry service which was done in less than 24 hours.
