The hotel is new , and hence very clean & tidy.. The staff are extremely friendly & curtious, also providing a very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a roosterfarm nextdoor, the roosters start crowing at 4AM and go on until 6. I have no problem with this but I can imaging it might disturb light sleepers. hotel supplies earplugs.

5he extra large room I had ..deluxe suite or something could have had more furniture ..like a sofa or an armchair.

Gym is not set up for use, mostly furniture storage now and not air conditioned which makes it difficult to use in the heat.

Comfortable super clean rooms, strong hot water shower, excellent wifi, high quality towels and linens. We appreciated the secure off street parking too. Nice freshly cooked breakfast.

No TV channels even though Booking.com tells you it does. Only YouTube is available. The bathroom drain was blocked so water went everywhere and you had to wait for it to disappear. There were no fire escape instructions anywhere in the room.

It has easy access to cheap scooter rentals so we could ride to Kep and to Bokor NP in a day. Breakfast was good - several options (buffet) when hotel was full, but only a set breakfast when the crowds left. It was still tasty and large though. It was clean overall. Nice thick sheets and fluffy towels because it’s new, I guess. Try to get on the left hand side of the building because there’s a chicken farm on the right. The roosters start before day break but on the left hand side of the building you barely hear them.

Only had one small lift , need atleast two lifts . Family room should be on lower floors while single room for couples should be on higher floor . Balcony view not that great .

Good cleanliness, breakfast was good and staff were very courteous, polite , respectful and helpful. And they did provided good service. Overall had a good experience.

my room facing behind have one chicken farm, i am OK with that, anyway they provide ear plug. shower water good enough but if stronger will be best, shower area have standing water till the next day, if cant change it maybe can get a bathroom carpet to prevent slip.

My room had the chicken farm beside it, and I was awoken at 3:15 am every morning by cocks crowing. This continued for hours. The earplugs that were supplied did nothing to help this. I realise I should’ve asked to change room so this is no reflection on the staff who I’m sure would’ve helped. The shelf in the fridge was also very dirty so I removed it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The stuff in the bar were particularly good and again really helpful.

15 min walk into town but tuk tuk during the day a better option. Not many options of restaurants or convenience stores near hotel.

Location is not bad. We found it a little too far to walk to the riverfront.
