The most beautiful and functional hotel building I have been to. The former French building feels like a cool oasis in the mostly hot city, especially in the summer/monsoon time. Every detail is worked out in a perfect way. The cheerful staff is excellent and very helpful.

I loved everything

It was really modern and spacious, everything was curated in detail. The rooms were big and clean, the staff was amazing, warm and kind. Plus the swimming pool is very big and useful. It was really a great experience. Totally recommend!

We stayed here for 1 night and seemed like a perfect place to relax after a long journey to Phnom Penh. Proximity to the attractions of Phnom Penh was amazing! Love that the hotel retained its original flair, while reviving it with modern amenities. Breakfast had a wide selection.

Not enough hot water, we could manage 1 shower before the water went tepid. Not ideal.

Beautiful hotel with stunning lobby and swimming pool. We ate in the poolside restaurant which was v good. The breakfast was exceptional - one of the best I've had across the world. The rooms were spacious and clean (a bit lacking in personality). We loved the lobby with the fish which my kids enjoyed feeding using the food provided. Good location next to Royal Palace and short walk to riverside area. We didn't really like Phnom Penh very much but that wasn't the hotels fault!

The property is well located, close to the royal palace, it was very clean and the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was good also. The spa facilities are also very good and the massage services where very professional.

I did have mosquitos in my room that bit me, especially when I slept. Just one bite each night, and I do see the property has a mosquito pesticide treatment once a week. Did not ruin my appreciation for my stay but one quibble.

The property is beautifully maintained and a tranquil space in the center of the bustling Phnom Penh. The staff are attentive and offer impeccable service. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of Asian and Western food options, and of course plenty of fresh fruit. Laundry service was quick though it did slip past the 6 p.m. estimated timeline.

We had a wonderful time at this city boutique hotel. A real oasis within Phnom Penh. Excellent service, an amazing breakfast with very kind and attentive staff. We stayed for the second time at this hotel within 2 years and we will definitely come back again.

The bedding had old stains on it. Although everything was washed it still made a little uncomfortable seeing those stains.

The breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of food. The staff were friendly and professional. My room was really quiet which I appreciated.
